2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. It has been 20 years since my husband and I purchased a new car. Mainly because it's been a relief not having car payments, but also we always dread the hassle of finding the perfect car and striking a deal we can afford to live with. All of that changed a couple of weeks ago when my daughter-in-law happened to see my "dream car" on Tri-City Ford's website. I immediately went home and looked it up for myself. Because I showed an interest on-line, I received a text/email from Kyle, their internet sales manager. He offered to set up a NO obligation test drive at our convenience. He was so helpful and considerate of our time and wanted to make sure someone would be available to assist us at the time of the appointment. He continued to check in through the day so he could make sure all was ready when we pulled onto the lot. Our salesman, Terry was wonderful and never pushy. He could tell I was in love with the car by the end of the test drive and kindly offered to check and see what our options would be if we were interested. I was MOST DEFINITELY interested! The car is only 2 years old, in pristine condition and even still has that "new car" smell! 🥰 As I said, we always dread the hassle and haggling to get that perfect deal at a price we can afford, but this time, quite pleasantly, it wasn't a nightmare. We came to an agreement so quickly and easily that it seemed almost painless. Terry allowed us the time and privacy to discuss our options before making our final decision and never rushed us. Once we decided to make the purchase, they washed the car and filled it with a full tank of gas to get it ready for it's new home!! Even though it was cold and dark by the time we were ready to leave with our "new baby", Terry still showed us how to use several of the features we weren't used to on our older cars to get us started. Things have changed alot in 20 years!! Cleve Foley, who helped us with all of the final paperwork, was so patient, guiding us thru the multitude of signatures, making it easy to complete the process. When returning a week later to pick up my license plate, he met me at the door to put it on the car for me and while doing so, answered some of my new questions on the those great new features I'm still learning. They have continued to check on me during the past 2 weeks to make sure I'm satisfied or to see if I have any new questions or concerns. I appreciate their kindness, patience and consideration that my time is as valuable as theirs. We never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions we didn't feel comfortable with. Our experience was A+++ and enabled me to have the "Car of my Dreams" at a price we can afford. My husband says I am "like a kid with a new toy!" We were both very impressed with the professionalism and positivity of our experience. We would highly recommend Tri-City to anyone shopping for that perfect new vehicle. 2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.

2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

2020 Ford Edge review
We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 review
Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

2020 RAM 3500 review
beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

2020 Ford F-150 review
I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

2021 Ford Bronco Sport review
Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

2025 Ford Maverick review
I have abused this vehicle. Towed 6000#, pulling trees 4 ft in diameter and 60 ft tall that a Kubota tractor couldn't budge. I've run the xxxx out of it and I have no complaints. Best little truck money can buy.

2017 RAM 1500 review
I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

2023 Dodge Challenger review
Plenty of power. Plenty of style. Like the old coke bottle. Curves like a Woman. They are Sexy and also made to enjoy. Too bad the 2023 was the Last Call for the Scat Pack. One of the finest cars ever made. The one with the SRT Package with the leather interior is over the top.

2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I had a base 2018 LT for just over 4 years. I bought it used off a lease buy back. I loved the truck, and if I didn’t end up needing a bigger back seat, for car seats, I’d probably still have it. I thought the ride was bouncy, almost too bouncy. I had no issues mechanically. The antenna was stuck and I marred it up trying to replace it. And the sunglasses holder started falling. The tpms sensors failed. But no big issues. That’s why I give it 4 of 5.

2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
If you get this truck , you need sulastic shocks . You’ll thank me later. No more bouncing and hitting your head on the ceiling. That is the single complaint I have. Other than that it’s the best thing ever. Even with the low tech. I have 90k miles on my 2021 duramax and it drives like new.
