Used 2009 Volkswagen Jetta for sale near Birmingham, AL

We stopped the Corwin Lot a few weeks ago looking for an AWD vehicle with some extra space. Jared showed us a nicely finished Traverse with low miles. We were on our way home 170 miles away and told Jared we'd think about it for awhile. Jared kept in contact w/o any pressure just to see if we had any questions or if we were interested in something different. After some clarification we agreed on a price and that we'd pick it up on the day before Thanksgiving. We bought it "as is" w/o warranty. Later that evening, when the instrument cluster is well lit, we noticed a check engine light was on and then later the Auto-Start failed to work. I stopped by Fri morning to see Jared, and he took it for a drive and just told me to sit back and have some coffee while he looked into it. Despite being a very busy post-holiday Friday he got it right into the shop w/o an appt and they dug into the issue and repaired it right away and covered the whole cost of labor and parts. We're happy with the car and the great service we received from Jared and the Corwin team to get this issue resolved. Mark & Nancy

I use this car as my second car for daily city excursions. I love the peppy engine - great on gas. Good used second car to have. Mint condition. Scored big with only 48,000 miles in 2014. I'll never get rid of it. Love Love this car !

As a current owner of one lemme tell you that the 2009 jetta is perfect to swing around corners! I inherited the car from my family 5 years ago and for the longest time i thought it was a boring economy car. Boy was i wrong! Mines an auto with a manual mode and lemme tell you just turn traction control off and get some handbrake action and youll be fellin like ken block any day of the week. sure it has dings and scratches, sure the interior could be better, sure its got some electrical and computer issues from time to time, but lemme tell you that she'll start right up everytime and can handle a good time like no other car in its class. ive never felt more comfortable going sideways in a car than i have in my jetta and thats coming from someone whos driven subarus on loose gravel!!!!

It's not fast, it's not luxurious, but for what it is I love it, very practical Sportwagen.. the biggest sunroof I have seen, panoramic sunroof option. Comfortable seats, decent radio.. good performance and gas mileage. Reliable 2.5 5cyl engine.. manual transmission.. I love this car..

Had an Appointment with Josh C. @1100.. I had arrived exactly at 1100 AM and he was looking out for me… We exchanged greetings and we walked by where the car that I had come to see… Examined and sat in car and went over the features. Had a good vibe talking with him.. Nice demeanor and positive attitude on letting me voice some of my questions about the car…. I bought a BMW from Chip. The whole experience was NO PRESSURE. He let me take it home to show my wife, because that just works better than bringing three kids under 5, well anywhere. The purchase process was very easy. I even traded in my car as part of the deal. About a week out I had noticed an issue with the shifting and Chip was willing to work with me to make it right, we went to BMW to get some dealer specific service done, and they also did some repairs at a very affordable price. I am very pleased with how it all turned out. Mark the mechanic has been wrenching for over 20 years and is very knowledgable and personable. I had questions, and he had answers! Although the purchase agreement was "As Is", this is not a dealer that is trying to pull the wool over your eyes. He posts the CarFax up for free right on the website and wants you to be a happy customer. I will be keeping them on my short-list of car dealers for future needs and will probably use them for my regular maintenance needs as well.

Gene Norman Auto Sales is the place to go if you want to buy a vehicle! Greg was our salesman and he was awesome! We knew what we wanted when we went in there, but we didn't like the price and they worked with us, and then afterward they helped us get financing and everything went so smoothly we were really impressed!! I recommend if you need a car for your kid or for yourself or for work that you go to Gene Gorman Auto Sales in Punta Gorda and they have other locations too but we like the one in Punta Gorda! I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CRV FWD LX at the Camp Hill location, with Barry as my salesman. He helped me purchase the vehicle as quickly as I needed, as I was in a pinch and liked this one a lot. However, I noticed it pulled to the right a bit while driving it. Barry offered to take care of the alignment issue, no questions asked. His mechanic Scott took care of everything and my car now drives better than any SUV I've driven in my short lifetime. A lot of these reviews I see are known issues for the type of vehicle they were buying, so I'm not surprised. I'd recommend this place and Barry/Scott anytime.
