After breaking down on the Penn Turnpike, I was stuggling to get back on the road as quickly as possible, being several states from home. Meghan and Josh both worked with me over a period of days to supply extra info on their inventory, look for cars coming in soon, and get trade-in value on my broken car, which was located at another dealer. They walked me through the process of purchasing from out-of-state, easing my mind that it would be a simple, quick process. Both were so rapid in their responses with me, and very patient and friendly. I never felt like a burden. In the end, my car needed a $3 part instead of the $2000 part as I was told, so I didn't make a purchase from Blue Knob, but even being 300 miles away, I will consider their inventory when I am ready to buy, they were that wonderful. I also really appreciate no-haggle car sales. Thanks for a great experience! Blue Knob made a difficult situation much more pleasant and manageable.

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

Got in and out in under an hour. I got my 20k service completed. Dewayne was sure to have a needed part on hand so I didn't have to make a return visit for a warranty repair.

I really liked this car, the car is easy to control, accelerates quickly when compared with others. Comfortable and plenty of space inside. I moved from a KIA sedan, and I can say that you get used to the dimensions of the car very easily and quickly. And compared to the KIA, the build quality of the car is felt, and that it is made of metal.

I bought my truck at Blue Knob Auto Sale in Duncansville Pa. They were all absolutely awesome. They had me in and out in no time with my truck. Great customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the truck and gave me plenty of time to look it over and test drive it. I absolutely love it. They even went as far as to load my car and the auto transport so I could use my new truck to tow my car home. I drove myself to look at the truck and rented a auto transport to tow my car home. I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

Volkswagen has an ongoing issue with the blender actuator in the dash for your vents. They have no idea about it yet I went to all the brand new cars on the line. They still are coming out like that. 2022 Volkswagen Taos se

We wanted a Audi Q3 but all the dealers in the state had only loaded models. Being in our 70's, we weren't interested in technology, appearance, performance, or off-road add-on packages. The Tiguan SEL-R has all the features we want that a Q3 Premium Plus has. Sure, the Tiguan won't match the Q3's performance or looks. but it is close enough. And it has more interior room than a Q5.

Salesman was great! The price was just right. We didn’t get everything with the car that was listed in their online description—the individualized list. Car mats listed—no car mats. Only 1 fob! Said it had a console between second row seats—nope. It wasn’t a deal breaker but they didn’t make any of it right or adjust the price. Some people would have walked away.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

Traded in a Volvo for my Tiguan because of the SEL R features matched the features I loved on my Volvo. It’s very comfortable, has great pick up and love my large moon roof! Love that it is an air cooled engine and gets great gas mileage. Overall, great car!

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

I love my new (to me) VW Jetta. It come equipped with so many features. It has some things I'd never even heard of. It will correct steering if you drift out of the lane, it had heated and COOLED seats, adaptive cruise control, automatic headlights and highbeams are also auto, etc. There's more but I can't list it all.
