They have been very responsive, I have not made a decision yet. So, I do not know anything more about their service.
2017 Volkswagen Beetle review
This car combines the best of the GTI with the looks of a rally car. Some Bugs are boring, but this one has the Dune trim package - turbo, fin on the back, 18-inch alloy wheels, sun roof, Apple Carplay, keyless entry and start, Fender premium sound package, heated seats, backup camera... Fun to drive, plenty of jump (my old car was a GTI - not quite that much jump, but more than enough to zip you through traffic) and a smooth ride.

Quick & Easy. From the time I got there until we completed the transaction - simple and easy. Expect Carmax will change the way dealerships work.
2018 Volkswagen Beetle review
This Beetle was my car that I traded in recently for a new Tiguan. The car was excellent, and always reliable. We wanted to own one of the last Beetles made, and glad that we purchased it from Mt. Prospect VW (AutoBarn) four years ago. Whoever purchases this bug, is getting a great car, and we will miss it!

CarMax Sacramento/Roseville review
Brent Robken offered a great buying experience. I have purchased many cars but this had to be the best purchase ever. Brent made everything easy to understand and I'm sure that I wouldn't have purchased this car if not for him. I would highly recommend Brent Robken to anyone looking for a car.
2014 Volkswagen Beetle review
Solid for a convertible. Goes surprisingly well in the snow and with the seats down can haul stuff. I have this as my only car and it is actually very practical. Plus, it’s just a joy to drive.

Titus-Will Used Cars - Olympia review
Wallace was outstanding. I was a difficult sale as I had no credit history. He got it done. After visiting other car lots I can say I will only ever buy from Titus Will.
2005 Volkswagen New Beetle review
I love my VW Beetle! It's adorable and the color combination- chef's kiss. It picks up speed nicely and I find mine to be pretty reliable. It needs a little TLC if you buy it used, but it's definitely worth it. Plus, it can double as a fun summer car if you have a convertible. Buy a VW! :))

Very flexible, and willing to work with my budget. Also good about communicating as to what was happening with my sale. Since this involved transporting my car to my state (Montana), James was especially helpful in getting transport. Thanks to all at Ocean Crest

This car only had 11,000 miles basically a brand new car and it’s an affordable price! Also rides very smooth I can tell it was very taken care of! Love it!
