had an excellent experience with Otis and Victor at CarNeed Inc. From the beginning, they were professional, patient and straightforward with me throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, especially when you’re putting a lot of trust into a dealership and can’t just walk in and inspect the car yourself. Otis and Victor went above and beyond to make sure everything we discussed was taken care of. They communicated with me, followed through on the repairs we agreed on and made sure the vehicle was ready before I made the trip. When I finally picked up the car, it was everything they told me it would be — actually, it was perfect. No surprises, no last-minute issues and no feeling like I had been given the runaround. I especially appreciate that they stood behind their word. That means a lot when you’re spending this kind of money on a vehicle. Otis and Victor — thank you both for making this a great experience. You earned my trust and my business. I would absolutely recommend CarNeed to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I’ll definitely remember you guys the next time I’m in the market. 5 stars all day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2018 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen review
I've owned my 2018 Sportwagen S for two years now. Zero problems of any kind. I get 34 mpg in the city and it has all the room, power, and features I need or want. So far, the best car I've ever owned!

2018 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review
The BEST daily driver I own a 17’ S, and I love it. Holds all my stuff, holds 2 dogs, can put a ski box on top, and best of all, it shares a platform with the GTI. I’ve put many performance parts on and it makes this thing a blast to drive. All while getting me to 150k+ with zero major issues! (Owned for 50k)

2019 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review
We bought a used 2019 a month ago. I wasn't aware of these. As I researched a replacement for my wife's GMC Terrain, I learned about all of the bad CVT transmissions and oil burning engines in that class. Happened on a used Alltrack for sale at a dealer and as I researched the dsg transmission and looked up reviews - I was pretty excited by what I read. We have taken in on one 6-hour trip through the mountains and several 3-hour family visits. I love driving it. Probably my favorite car I have driven other than my old 2000 Volvo S70. It seems to be very well built. It is insanely quiet on the road and it has great acceleration. We travel with two kids and two dogs and it zips right up mountain passes, rarely cracking 3k rpm. I wish we had about 2 more inches in the trunk for our kennel, but it is a large space. I am anxious to try the AWD in some Montana snow this winter. Sadly its my wife's driver, but I get to drive it on trip!

Large selection of car's and suvs. The only problem i had was no financing. The lady who answered the phone was professional and on top of her game.
2008 Volkswagen Passat review
Owned it just under a year before I bought a new vehicle. While owning this vehicle, I never had any major issues! Very comfortable drive. Affordable fueling price. Low maintenance. She’s looking for a new, loving owner for her next chapter.

2019 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen review
Overall the car is good for commuting. The MPG is about 29-38 mpg averages. Takes 87-91 gas. The power is quick on start up but struggles at the higher speeds. MPG goes down of low 30s at faster freeway speeds. The car makes a weird mechanical noise at start up sounds like a vent or lever opening / closing and also another weird noise when the rear view camera opens and closes when put in reverse. I dash lights for air bag are always on in yellow and emergency lights in red. I cover with black tape case at night time these are annoying. The Day time light are always on which are annoying. It does cause a slight drain on battery and alternator. If you put your parking back on when stop the lights go off. Its a rough ride even with new tires. Its a low to ground so hard to get in and out of if your tall.

I worked with Deni and the whole process from start to finish went smoothly and professionally. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and the process is quick and honest.
2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review
I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.
