Service review. Brought in my car for a 10,000 (free!) service. Debbie Stack is my service advisor and she is fantastic. She scheduled a quick appointment and when there was something on my bumper she took the initiative to run it by the detail department and they fixed it! No surcharges, friendly service staff, nice waiting area with snacks and coffee. Receptionist was lovely and patiently helped me with the very fancy coffee machine. Car was done in 1.5 hours. We initially went to another Volvo dealer to test drive an XC40 and was not impressed with their level of engagement and professionalism. Luckily, the next day, we met Koffi Niamke-Bervell from Don Beyer Volvo. Koffi offered to come to our house to bring the car we wanted to test drive. He gave us a detailed introduction to how the car worked, the types of packages we could purchase and overall, was competent, friendly, and polite. I signed a lease (with option to buy at the end) in November 2023. The dealership honored two significant incentives that had recently expired, and covered the first month due to an issue with the credit card. They have a wide variety of cars available and I am very happy with the car I ended up with. The people were pleasant, explained all the terms and details and worked with our schedule. There was no pressure but a lot of clear info on the vehicle and the options I could consider. The test drive experience was smooth. The written offers were clear and my questions were answered quickly. The dealership was clean and very pleasant...loved the snacks. I rarely write reviews, (positive or negative), but I had such a great experience with this dealership, a welcome contrast to previous experiences. From my First contact with Tyrone to the finished paperwork with Zane, the friendly exchanges with Jarred, and the warm welcomes from Myda, I was treated well and always felt at ease. Chad was great to work with. He was patient, listened to what I was looking for, and never tried to suggest anything that didn’t fit my preferences or my budget. The preowned car that I bought came with a Carfax report, as well as the dealership’s own inspection report~no surprises! This is a classy place~ the showroom, the waiting room, and, most importantly, the attitudes and efficiency of the people that work there. So glad I dropped in!!
