I had an outstanding experience at Gunther VW in Coconut Creek. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned ID.4, and I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the service I received. My sales consultant, Samet, was incredibly knowledgeable about the ID.4 and took the time to thoroughly explain the certified pre-owned warranty. After shopping at several dealerships in Miami, where I encountered hidden fees and dealers trying to charge an extra $2,000 on top of the advertised price for the certified warranty (while also providing unclear or incorrect information), it was such a relief to work with someone honest and transparent. Samet was upfront about everything from the beginning — no surprises, no games. He answered all of my questions with confidence and clarity, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. This purchase was especially important to my family because my son was recently involved in a serious car accident, and we needed to find a safe, reliable vehicle quickly. Sam showed genuine kindness and patience toward both my son and me during a very stressful time. That level of care truly meant a lot to us. Reliable, fun to drive, great interior!
I like the minimalist interior inspired by Scandinavian design, along with the easy to use touchscreen display. I have the T6 AWD with 316 HP and love how it drives (in all weather conditions) and how it accelerates and corners. Extremely reliable, everything has worked perfectly.
