It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. Juan my salesman was excellent!
This is my first time purchasing a car on my own, and I connected with Judson after seeing the car I am interested in online. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

He listened to what was important to me; safety and performance. He didn't try to redirect to other models. No pressure tactics from him or his managers. I came away with more car than expected. Purchasing was easy and not high pressure. Kim Knorr was great to worth with. I was able to leave and think about it overnight without the pressure. I???m very detailed and this allowed me to work it through in my head. The location is beautiful and my car is fantastic as well with a great warranty because it was certified Pre-Owned. Pleasantly surprised with Volvo as a brand honestly.

I just had my new Volvo XC60 in for a minor warranty repair. My service advisor did an excellent job of handling the issue and keeping me informed of the progress on my vehicle. II would highly recommend Volvo Gilbert for any service or maintenance work.
I just had the best experience ever when purchasing my new Volvo. I have never owned a Volvo before, but I will be a Volvo person now!! I have had Lexus, BMW, Cadillac, Lincoln, Ford, Honda and I trade my cars every 2 years. This dealer was the best!!! Kevin (my salesperson) was very nice and no pressure, Dan (the manager) was very helpful and wanted to give me the best deal. Rick (service) is very nice and gets things ordered and done quickly. I highly recommend!!
Excellent service from Mike. He inspected the vehicle and explained what needed to be done and what did not have to be done. He stayed with the quote. The work performed by the mechanic was great. Very pleased.
Several items were corrected on my car and one of them was changing the battery under warranty. 4 weeks after replacing the battery, I was having problems with my car starting. I needed my car serviced quickly because I am planning on doing a lot traveling during the next 2 weeks. I took the car to a different dealership. The problem turned out to be the battery was not installed properly. The wires were just placed on the battery and not tightened on the battery. The wires were loose and coming off the battery. I would give them a 1 star for this service but they did other work on the car. Despite being located 2 blocks from my house, I will not be taking my car there anymore.
