This is my Second Volvo from Schumacher and 4th vehicle from the "family" (Wife and daughter have VW's) Alex took my car at the appointed time, had it ready when promised despite finding and fixing a nail in my tire! Joel sold me both Volvos and My daughter's VW and is also a class act 5 stars

Very efficient however it cost me an extra 780 dollars for not closing the dial in December.

Erik is the best! Highly recommend him if you need help with your car. Always responds to me very quickly, nice, always helpful, gives back my car in perfect shape!

We recently leased a new Volvo XC90 from this dealership. WE had originally brought in our previous car for service and were very satisfied. We had some time left on our lease but Vincent DellaPolla helped us get a new model while saving money on our lease payments. We are from out of state and no-one where we leased our previous car could match the price and services we received from Vincent. He walked us through everything and helped us work out the best terms we could get from anyone and answered all our questions. He handled our out of state registration and has given us excellent service.

Mike G. at Gunther Volvo is simply the best and the nicest! He makes the service experience stellar beyond the sun and stars, that I actually don’t mind going into to my vehicle service. He explains all the service concerns so carefully, and this makes the Knowledge base easy to understand, since cars are now more complex. Any Question You have, Mike can answer. The Service Advisor (Erick) provides exceptional service and is very trustworthy. I took my car in for mileage based service recommended in the service manual.

Follow up repair of accident damage. Took a while to get the insurance company to authorize payment. Service writer Jordan was slowed down by privacy rules. Eventually got repairs done.
