Drive Direct review
Great communication. I live 2 hours away and they responded to my messages about the car I was interested in. When I got there they took the time to walk me around the showroom and the lot. They gave fair negotiations and a great price to start.

Yahaira and Jordan were both excellent to work with! They both made the car buying process so easy and understandable for a first time buyer. Yahaira was able to give me tons of information about the car via text after calling to inquire about it and got the ball rolling from there. She was so friendly and made sure everything was to my liking and the price was right for me. Jordan took over on the financing aspect and really helped on any add ons and made sure I went home that day with the vehicle. They were able to match a rate I received from a local credit union so working with their financing was easy and smooth! I’m so happy with my new Volvo and know if I have any more questions or issues they will be there to help! Thank you Byers, Yahaira and Jordan!!
