Used Volvo XC60 for sale near Saddle River, NJ

At a different Volvo dealership, my car was sitting waiting for service from the 13th. Prestige Volvo kept giving me extended wait times despite me calling to get a rough lead time before getting my car towed there. On the 29th I ran out of patience. Smythe and a few other Volvo dealerships have told me that they can see it on the same day or next if I get it towed there. I've had a good experience at Smythe with my old 99 S80, so I chose them. My car was seen the same day. The difference in service was night and day. I received a digital sign off on the work to be done, along with a video of things to look out for. I couldn't believe it. Meanwhile, I would probably still be waiting around for my car to be seen at the other dealership. I don't know what their issue was, and it no longer matters. I won't be back there ever. Thanks to everyone at Smythe!

Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

I've worked with Anthony many times before. He has always gone out of his way to get me the best deal possible. Extremely professional highly knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

This car has blown me away. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted and drive like butter! The color is perfect and the rims are bomb! The interior is clean, and very well taken care of.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

I have had a great experience here. The Sales team was extremely patient and did not push us to make a purchase. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Service is great as well. They always accommodate our requests and respond with an option that is convenient to us. Premm was great. He spoke with me and understood our concerns and provided immediate assistance in making sure that the issues with the car were handled and addressed right away.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

2 Manny’s Auto Sales was the very best experience I ever have had with a car dealer, new or used. I bought a Chrysler 300C. It was immaculate when it was ready. It runs flawlessly. Absolutely everything works as intended. It had new tires and brakes as well as one part that tends to be a problem replaced – a $1000 repair. Done. Both of my personal mechanics looked it over and put it up on the rack. They went through it thoroughly and said it was the best used car they ever had seen. The staff is incredibly polite and patient. They are true professionals. If they can find me the same car as I just bought, I might very well trade in one of my current cars. Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

My husband and I have owned Volvos exclusively for the last 35 years. We've been dealing with the Glen Cove dealership in the past 4 1/2 years and found the service to be excellent. It appears that post-COVID there has been a great deal to be desired. That being said the new manager, Vito, has been informative, patient and most willing to answer my questions and resolve the challenges that this dealership has faced. I am confident that he will be the person to bring back the dealership to its place of excellence.

My wife and I spent about two hours with Dennis Romero earlier this week test driving an XC 60 and reviewing options. Mr. Romero has a wonderfully soft and knowledgeable presentation style. We did not feel pressured at all, which had been a concern going in. My wife has not yet decided whether or not to replace her existing vehicle but if -- or rather when -- we will be going back to Dennis.

Had an pleasant interaction with the sales staff. At first by email and phone. Then visited at due to random chance. The sales person i spoke to was really pleasant, not pushy. However the dealership, like many other, tacked on additional fees which should be part of the cost of business and not added to the customer as 'additional fees'. I didnt purchase because at the time i wasn't ready, so i didnt get to negotiate etc, however the added fees are discouraging.

I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

So, I’ve driven lots of Volvos over the years. My girlfriend in college had the 240, my now wife had an 850 and I’ve rented countless Volvos. Never cared for them. This on the other hand is an absolute gem of a vehicle. Aged super well, handles incredibly well, is fun to drive, sporty, safe, good gas mileage. Nice styling. What more could you ask for? One of the best cars if not the best I have ever owned.

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.
