Great place wonderful and out going sales team and a wonderful staff. I felt like I never left home it was a very worm and cozy place. The guys at Otocity made the whole buying process fun and easy. The guys gave me my first fill up my first free gas lol they filled up my gas tank and said this is on us before leaving. I highly recommend buying your car from Otocity. Thank you so so much Otocity

I'm surprised by the review that said there was no follow through. We too were an out of state buyer. The internet based salesperson emailed me regularly, responded quickly, set up a visit and confirmed the visit over the course of the week. She lined us up with a gracious salesperson and he and the sales manager worked hard to make sure they met our numbers.
This is my second Volvo leased from Prestige and specifically, Ron Landstrom. Nothing but great things to say about the team there and the process - from them trying to find my daughter a Pretige teddy bear - to pricing the XC90 very competitively - to them bending over backwards making sure I???m happy. In my experience, you???ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership to do business with.
I cannot express how professional and helpful Patrick Beauford was in the initial presentation of the car and also on some follow up questions I had. Pat Masone was also very professional in his discussion of the finances and Craig Melquist was very helpful with some of the questions I had. Overall the relaxed and highly professional and low key approach was a major factor in my decision to go with the Volvo.
We leased a S60 from Patrick and it was a great experience the moment he took the call. Excellent price, patience and knowledge. Would recommend him to anybody looking for a Volvo. He even had the car delivered to our home.
I've been a loyal Volvo owner for over twenty years. The office admin & sales personnel that I interacted with (Todd Garno - sales) made my purchasing decision an easy one. They were outstanding & I was extremely pleased with the value of my 2012 Volvo S60. However, an unexpected problem did come up three weeks after my purchase. One of the cells in my car battery went bad making it impossible to start the car by simply turning on the ignition. Instead I needed several jump starts over the course of several days to start the car. When I brought the car in to to Prestige Volvo (the dealership) to have this issue rectified, Todd (my salesman) interceded on my behalf to ensure that I received a new battery at no cost even though the was no extended warranty coverage for the battery. This service was certainly appreciated!
Working with Ronnie at Prestige Volvo was a pleasure. Such a nice guy and he took a good care of me, Liroy and Pily.and I never felt pressure to do anything. I love Volvo and my experiences at the dealer always confirm to me why. Thanks to everyone involved. You all made us feel great without the whole process.

I had an amazing experience at Koeppel Subaru when I was buying my CPO Forester. The staff was extremely nice, especially Jordan at the CPO office and Jose (both managers) and Angel. They are very courteous and professional. They happily answer any questions you have. The whole process was very transparent. When I first saw the car, Jordan gave me on paper what the "out-of-the-door" cost is. I did not pay even a dollar more than that amount. The price was already reasonable, so I didn't negotiate much. In fact, they promptly returned my holding deposit and the little amount of over-payment my bank made. They did not try to upsell their financing options when I told I have a pre-approval from my bank. Jose mentioned to me about the Extended Warranty Coverage, but did not upsell it when I said I couldn't afford to buy it at that time. A few issues came up when they were trying to do my registration due my temporary visitor status, but they were very patient and explained to me exactly what I needed to do. Overall, I think Koeppel Subaru is an excellent dealership as far as the purchasing experience goes. I won't be living in this area for too long to see if their maintenance service is equally good, but I'm guessing it will be as good as this experience. Bottom line - If you are looking for a Subaru around NYC, this is the place you must go!
From the very moment I stepped inside of the dealership I was greeted by a wonderful concierge service whom immediately introduced me to sales person named Gohar. Gohar wasted no time placing me in the exact car I was interested in. Gohar address all concerns I had regarding my Lexus and remained consistent with communication during my purchasing process making it a pleasurable one. I intend to return to Lexus of Queens in the near future when I upgrade and I highly recommend purchasing your Lexus at the queens location solely because of the amazing customer service.
I was so blown away by the Wilson Grace, who contacted me after I purchased my new X4.
I honestly enjoyed the hour he spent with me going over my car. He was patient and understanding and he made me very comfortable with all the new features.

I met with Alejandra Arboleda to discuss new car options and I walked out of the dealer with a brand new car the same day. Alejandra and the rest of the team were extremely professional and worked with me in getting out of a lease before the actual end date. I was able to get the car I WANTED!!!!!
