My car-buying experience from Volvo of Tucson was beyond impeccable! I cannot speak highly enough of Tyrone, my sales consultant. He was hospitable, warm, and professional during every interaction, and always greeted me with a wide smile; transparent, forthright, fair, in talking about price, budget expectations for a car/ bang for buck when evaluating models, and discussing CARFAX reports/vehicle histories (*I would like to note that I am a 33 yr old woman & navigated this car buying experience mostly solo…and he treated me fairly and did not treat me differently/take advantage of me re pricing or vehicle histories/records, which was a fear I had); patient and willing to do numerous test drives to help me get a feel for the cars in which I was interested; gracious, kind, and understanding in prioritizing my needs for the kind of car I wanted for my lifestyle — not just at the moment, but in the future; and lastly, communicating with me on a basis and style that worked best for me (we primarily texted as that is my preference due to my job).
