My recent purchase of a 2024 Subaru Forester was a pleasant experience. We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us. The entire building staff talked to our autistic son and offered our kids drinks and snacks like we were family and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you "Kish" and JB for your support and help! We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

I’ve always had Volvo sedans as my daily driver. Safe, reliable, and served me well. Two made it to 200,000 miles. We decided to get an SUV for road trips and this is an amazing vehicle. This is the most luxurious and most high tech Volvo I’ve owned. The safety features are amazing. The ride is so comfortable. It has more power as well. Gas mileage could be better - but it is an SUV. Totally satisfied so far. This may be the last car I own now that I’m retired and won’t be driving 20,000 miles a year.

We moved from Ohio to the area in 2022 with our VW Atlas. Danny was my first service technician, and now the service manger. While service team is great, Danny really stands out. Recently my car was in for a service recall. Out of the blue, Danny called us and asked that we bring to car back in because the software update didn’t look quite right. He provided me with some accommodations for the inconvenience. While not necessary he made me feel valued as a customer. This is why I choose to drive 45 minutes to this dealership than one closer to my home. You will not regret working with this outstanding service team.

We had done a ton of research on what car we needed/wanted and pretty much put all our eggs in the xc90 basket. Glad we did because this car lived up to all our expectations then some. To top it off we got a great lease deal from Bomnin Volvo in Miami!

Overall the buying process was great. I was considering a used 4Runner and a new one. They had both ready for my wife and I when we got there. I drove the used one first, and then a new one. I liked both but ultimately I chose a new one as I keep my cars long term was worried about the mileage on the used one. The salesman David B. was really knowledgeable about each and answered all our questions. Car buying can be a painful process but this one was pretty easy. I got the model I was looking for in the color I wanted. I couldn't be happier.

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Owned Volvos for 50 years and this is just another in the string. It is comfortable, handles well and the powerful engine provides acceleration when I need it. The multitude of features is too much for here - but they all enhance my driving safety and enjoyment.

Volvo is known for safety and this one delivers with all the latest safety features. But it also adds performance with a combination of supercharging for power off the line, with turbocharging to add power in mid range. Together they deliver performance similar to a V8 with a lot better mpg. The interior is very modern and tasteful. Seats very comfortable. We opted for the air suspension system which really makes a difference in our area with rough roads. I'd recommend it to anyone. Also added the high performance sound system from Bowers and Wilkins. I did not think I wanted to pay up for it, but once I heard it I couldn't pass it up. Many great tech features like Pilot Assist (auto drive), cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, auto park, etc. Recommend the T6 level powertrain, the Air Suspension, and if you can swing it, the Bowers and Wilkins sound system.

Unfortunately, I did not purchase my XC40 from Paramount , however I am fortunate enough to take adcantage of their wonderful Service Center. Friendly and helpful staff, punctual and they listen to your needs. I have dealt with several service centers in the Hickory are and these folks ARE THE VERY BEST !!!

Do to some issues beyond my control, I have to say Mike was like a little brother , to me. I couldn't go to the garage and so I asked him to check a car that I liked and he did a great job!!!. I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

This car exceeds all of our needs. Very comfortable and has a ton of room. Gets decent gas mileage. We love all the many safety features it has and all the extras it has to make driving easy.

This vehicle has the best safe for a base model. Gas consumption is also great. All the feature it has is great considering it is just a base model. Since it is a base model, the only downside is it doesn't have a hitch for bicycle rack. But overall comfort is there for daily driving and to haul lots of stuff.

This car is gorgeous. The black and tan leather interior is beautiful. The lumbar support in the seats is amazing. The media center is easy to use and the backup camera is very nice. Love this car!!!!
