McGovern Volvo Cars Albany review
This dealership is exceptional! Purchasing a car is 1part of the equation. Service is the other part. Recently had my car in for service and my experience with Eton was also exceptional. I dropped off my S60 for service a day early and it was ready same day I dropped it off. I asked for a ride home and I just had to wait long enough for someone to come back from lunch. I asked if he could deliver it to my house (not far) and it was done! He was efficient, caring and made me feel like my comfort was the most important thing in the world to him. (I was recovering from sepsis) This is my 5th Volvo and I can’t imagine going to any other dealership. Thank you Eton!
2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

2023 Volvo XC60 review
Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

2024 Volvo XC90 review
On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. In addition, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Belen and Patrick Volvo to anyone else interested in buying a Volvo. I have purchased many cars over the years, and I must say that I do believe this was the best car dealership buying experience I have ever had. Thank you, Belen and Patrick Volvo!

Drove to dealer after getting notice on dash for second time in a week that a tire had low pressure. They took a video of the inspection by the tech which showed a prior patch coming undone. They recommended four new tires given their age & wear which I agreed to. Now have peace of mind when driving. Alissa was great as usual with her good advice. Thank you!

McGovern Volvo Cars Albany review
We saw a Volvo XC60 online at MoGovern Volvo page and decided since we were in Albany we would check it out. The girl at the front desk took such good care of us since we didn’t have an appointment, she made it happen with Morgan and even though he was with someone else, he also made time for us. We test drove the car and love it. We gave a deposit and made an appointment in two days to come and finalize the deal. Morgan was very helpful when we came back and did the best he could as they still needed to prep the car before we could have it. It did take longer than we expected, but we went for lunch and when we came back only waited a few minutes before Morgan showed us everything and we were on our way. Also, the guy in the finance dept was very helpful.

Parts Manager Kevin Davis was super helpful with my urgent unique coolant hose need. He sourced the part and brought it into his Albany location overnight for me. I live in Southern Vermont and we have no dealer near us. Three cheers for Kevin….hip-hip 😎 W

Great car. Comfortable ride. Simple but luxurious design. Passenger comfort is excellent. Sound system is very nice. One small complaint, not enough storage space. No big deal. Definitely the right purchase

2023 Volvo XC90 review
Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

2023 Volvo XC60 review
I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

I was referred by my parents and it was the best experience. I was looking for a vehicle to accommodate my family, at a decent price. And National did that!
