Great car drive and also great to haul just about anything Small to mid sized since the back seats fold all the way down. And it gets good Gas MPG as well.

I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership, and i must say that I have always left extremely SATISFIED!!!! The Kelly and Kelly staff went above and beyond to make sure all my wants and needs were met! I have told all my friends and family to make sure to see them when searching for a vehicle. Yes, they do sell used cars but they make sure to make the vehicles are very clean and reliable! I love them so much and I will MOST DEFINITELY be back to purchase more vehicles from them!!!!!!
2009 Mazda Mazda5 review
It’s a good car. Just the dealership did me dirty by not replacing a bad tire that they promised in writing that they would. Now I have to pay for one. The front underneath must be extremely low because it drags when I pull in or out of a driveway curb.

As this was my first time dealing with this institution I found that the process was extremely quick and the friendly service was even better. they took the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. this was the first dealership where I felt like I was in control. They made me feel this way by taking the time and listening to my specifications rather than jumping the gun and trying to put me in a vehicle I didn't want just to make a sale. Overall I would say this was the best car buying experience I have had so far and I will definitely recommend them to friends and co workers over any place else.
2009 Chevrolet HHR review
My wife and I both have 2009 HHR’s. Hers is black with only 85,000 km on the clock she got hers used 7 years ago with only 65,000 km. Only repairs (other than oil changes and routine maintenance as per owners manual) have been front rotors which I upgraded to drilled and slotted rotors and just replaced the rear shocks. We tow hers behind our motorhome. She just loves her HHR. My HHR is a cool little Panel in metallic grey. I have had mine for 5 years with mileage at 145,000 km and it now has 255,000 Km. Just upgraded my front brakes to the drilled/slotted rotors and new rear shocks. Other than regular oil changes and routine maintenance I have had no issues with this little beast. Both cars are garage kept and never driven in the snow (have an old school Jeep for winter (1989 Jeep Cherokee we have owned for 26 years). I would recommend the HHR to any one looking for a nice little vehicle - both of have the automatic transmission and without a word of a lie we are getting between 29 and 31 mpg which is great 👍

2010 Chevrolet HHR review
In 2012 bought our USED 2010 HHR Chevrolet (an American Greetings' fleet car) from local N. Olmsted, OH. dealer. Perfect for DELIVERING our Bakery's very large wedding cakes, etc., & everyday family errands, & great for camping (its' cargo roof is a bonus too). Looked EVERYWHERE trying to find a ROOMY & FLAT cargo floor w/back seats easily lowered for our cake business! Had to be a "multi-useable" business & family one car! FINALLY found this beautiful HHR! A real workhorse. Feels like a Cadillac! Good low mpg gas cost. Maintenance is minimal. Best all around car we've ever had. It's still our 100% reliable transportation 24x7. Highly recommended.

I have been working with them for a while now and have never been disappointed. I recommend them to everyone.
2008 Chevrolet Impala review
I inherited this car when it had 118,000 miles on it. It now has 348,500 miles and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. While I have replaced several parts, nothing was out of the ordinary and all due to normal wear and tear. Otherwise, I have kept up routine maintenance which is key no matter what you drive if you want a car to last. The only gripe I have is the blind spot. Since there is no warning light regarding cars at your side, I always look in the side mirror and turn my head to make sure no one is in the lane next to me before I switch. Low and behold, I still somehow miss seeing a car on occasion and have had a few close calls but thankfully no accidents.

Kelly & Kelly Auto Sales Supermarket of Cars review
Going to any used car lot can be nerve-wracking, especially a buy here/pay here lot. We were not buy here/pay here customers, but rather had our own financing in place already. We had looked long and hard for a vehicle, and my fiance is pretty discriminating about his truck. We drove 2 + hours to look at this particular truck as well as one other they had there. Jose, the salesperson, represented the vehicle fairly, and when we raised a few questions about a mechanical thing, he went with us right to their mechanic down the street to get it looked at. The mechanic is a private shop, but does a lot of work for Kelly/Kelly. We pointed out the things we had noticed, and he spent 20 minutes going over the truck and figuring out what it would need. Armed with that information, we went back to the dealership, laid it all out, and asked Mr. Kelly for his best number on the truck. He was very forthright with his info, and when we asked to drive the truck a little more to talk it over, they put $50 worth of gas in it, put a dealer plate on it, and off we went. When we called our bank, we discovered how very fair Mr. Kelly's best number was, and we bought the truck from him. We were a bit apprehensive about a 100 mile drive home in a freshly purchased truck, but we had no surprises and are totally happy with the truck. We also have a friend who works on the other side of buy here/pay here lots, and we called him to see if he had heard of Kelly/Kelly, and got back the news that within the Fayetteville region, they were decent people in the used car industry.
2006 Chrysler 300 review
I have a 2006 touring. I bought it with high miles an an the second owner. I've had the car for over 7 years and it's never not one time left me stranded. It performs great and has plenty of power even though it's only a 6 cylinder. I did add a touch screen double din and got rid of the Mickey mouse stock radio and got a backup camera too which helps a lot. I had 3 subs added and customer paint. Everything else is stock. Had issues with the a/c and got the condenser replaced which fixed it. To be honest when I got the car is drove smooth like a new car and still does. This is by far my favorite and best car I've ever owned. I'm thankful to God how good is been to me.

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I was a Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 10 years. It was not a two thousand fifteen , it was older and it was a V8, not this V6 or those I4 4 cylinders. I actually got the vehicle from my brother, same color black leather interior sunroof I took over his payments and ended up paying it off. That was the strongest 4 wheel drive I'd ever owned, let alone driven up to that point that car was a Beast. I never got stuck one time in the snow here in Iowa.. The only thing I've noticed that has changed over the years is the emphasis on eliminating the V8 engine, which is totally wrong. Because I want something with power, those 4 cylinder SUVs, they ought to fire every single one of them engineers who decided to put a 4 cylinder engine in a heavy vehicle like that, and naturally, it's gonna burn oil, a 4 cylinder S. U. V. Is about like dancing with your sister. It screams, it wants to be like its Big Brother, the v6, and v8. I'm just glad we're not hearing more about these electric vehicles cause that was the biggest joke I've ever heard of they never have enough batteries to service them. If the industry went all electric bad, a joke, there'd be a lot of stranded vehicles on the interstates bring back the VA engine, take the crossover. I4. And drive him into the river , they're xxxx , they're junk

2017 Ford Escape review
This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

2004 Honda Accord review
I have owned a honda accord since 1989. I still own my 2004 V6 coupe it's still very reliable, it's my back up car. I own a 2018 accord too. My 1989 accord lasted 360,000 miles before I got a 2000 accord. Great cars. The body needs painting from CA sun ruining it after 20 years but it will cost too much to repaint! But I still drive it!

2010 Mazda Mazda3 review
This so now the 2nd, Mazda 3 I've owned, The first being a 2005 hatchback, this one now the 2010 sedan Overall this car is a great car, in both Mazda 3s I've had now, they've had no major mechanical failures and the work has been routine work, owned the 2005 one for just over three years before it got totaled on an accident back in 2021, the car probably still had another 10 years in it, The 2010 one I have now is the 2nd gen Mazda 3 of course, and its a significant upgrade (excluding it being the sedan instead of the hatchback which does negatively impact storage space) The 2010 Mazda 3 here has great handling, is sporty for it's class, and is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for a car that rides smoothly, this car doesn't, it does have rather stuff suspension. The exterior (in my opinion) is a lot better than it was on the previous body style, I get the "big smiling" front end isn't for everyone but I love the look I did briefly mention storage space earlier for the sedan - the storage space is better than other cars in it's class, and the truck is quite big for a vehicle of it's size, but the opening is small and makes it difficult to fit really any big items in, as for the hatchback, it does fix that issue, I was actually able to fit two full sized bikes inside the vehicle (after putting the back seats down) Although this car does have 1 major issue, The dashboard, Mazda made it out of a rubber plastic material, that when left in the sun, melts and creates a shiney sticky mess that can impact your vision with glare, getting a dash cover at least hides it, but to properly fix it, it requires replacement of the entire dashboard, (which Mazda does not have a tsb or warranty for)

At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs, igniti on coils, belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor, water pump, new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses, new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps, flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze, drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure, that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". 2012 Honda Civic review
Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

2010 Toyota Corolla review
I bought this car brand new on 1/30/2011 with only 14 miles on the odometer and over the years of driving it on the highway, driving to work, and using it as my daily driver, it help up very well! It only gets basic oil changes and fluid changes, and the only thing it ever needed was a serpentine belt change but it still runs like a champ, same transmission, same engine, and all other parts are the same. I currently still have this car today and it has 214,897 miles on the odometer from driving it basically everywhere in my city. It has no rust even today, and I have the le model. I plan it to make a record to get it to 1,000,000 miles one day from how strong it is. I highly recommend this car to anyone because it is cheap and also cheap on maintenance, it will never break down, and you get even get different trim levels, like the s model with a manual transmission to make it more fun to drive. Really recommend it, 5 stars!

Dunn Deal Auto LLC review
The vehicle matched the description exactly. They shared a Carfax report right away and even sent extra photos upon request. Everything—from the extended warranty to taxes and fees—was explained clearly and upfront. Since I came with my own financing, I can’t speak to their loan options, but the rest of the process was smooth and pressure-free. We made the trip from Charlotte and it was well worth it. I’d gladly purchase from them again.
2012 Honda Accord review
I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington review
My name is Michael Jerkins, and I am writing this review because I was treated with respect. My service Nathan Pace and Melissa Coats really took care of me during the New Year Eve and Day.Car was in the shop, but they made sure I could get something to drive to spend it with my mom, this is great customer service, also Darreane Highsmith (Customer Advocate) was very helpful for me also.
2014 Jeep Cherokee review
I drive a lot my car is a 2014 and it has currently 277,400 miles and still ticking. I’ve had very few maintenance issues overall the basic wear and tear as expected! I didn’t expect it would last as long as it has but I am being pleasantly surprised. It is great on gas compared to most SUVs and overall a comfortable car !

2012 Ford Escape review
Owned my 1012 Escape LTD AWD for 14 years. No major problems whatsoever. It has towed household items in the large UHaul trailer with ease. It has hauled home construction items in the back and on top. It has done long road trips. And, with all that, has averaged over 23 MPG! Faithful Long Term Vehicle...Many Miles to Go!

2015 Subaru Forester review
Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac review
After driving the Chevy and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!

Merlex Auto Group review
Buying my car here was actually a really smooth experience. The team didn’t make things feel stressful or rushed. They worked with me, not against me, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I’m glad I chose this place and definitely a solid dealership.
