I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

After speaking with the General Manager, Jeff Mazer, it wasn't the dealership so much as it was the finance manager (who is no longer employed there). While this practice was done, it was NOT the dealership that employed the tactic. The dealership took measures to rectify the situation by terminating the employee and sending a check for the whole amount of the protection plan ($3,250) to my lien holder. It took some work and yes, I am still a bit butt hurt, but I will continue to be a customer here.

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

Tons of leg room. Absolutely quiet while driving. I wish we would have found this van before. It allows for transporting and helping my family. Definitely well made.

The Crosstrek was the most reliable car I ever had and it never failed to get me somewhere, even in deep snow and ice in very rural areas. In fact, I liked this one so much, I bought a newer model as my next car. The AWD, comfort, and ease of drive of this car is excellent,

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

We bought a used 2019 a month ago. I wasn't aware of these. As I researched a replacement for my wife's GMC Terrain, I learned about all of the bad CVT transmissions and oil burning engines in that class. Happened on a used Alltrack for sale at a dealer and as I researched the dsg transmission and looked up reviews - I was pretty excited by what I read. We have taken in on one 6-hour trip through the mountains and several 3-hour family visits. I love driving it. Probably my favorite car I have driven other than my old 2000 Volvo S70. It seems to be very well built. It is insanely quiet on the road and it has great acceleration. We travel with two kids and two dogs and it zips right up mountain passes, rarely cracking 3k rpm. I wish we had about 2 more inches in the trunk for our kennel, but it is a large space. I am anxious to try the AWD in some Montana snow this winter. Sadly its my wife's driver, but I get to drive it on trip!

Love this car! We were sizing down after three JEEP grand Cherokees and a Buick Enclave. We finally went with something more like a car. I am always attracted to more interesting and unusual (wouldn’t know it by my last four cars!) and when I first saw one of these I was so intrigued I had to research it. Then search the country for the color and options I wanted. They are a bit rare! But they drive like a dream. And always garner interest among other drivers. It is quick, has been extremely reliable and carefree. And the sure-footedness of all wheel drive has been great in the rain and snow of the Pacific Northwest. Plus I’m getting over 30mph flying across the west on regular unleaded! And it is cavernous, both in overall capacity, but even for my 6+ footer boys in the back seat. I haven’t been as happy driving a car since the sport cars of my youth! Only giving it four stars in comfort because the drivers seat is a little too narrow for long hauls for my larger frame. But the fun makes up for it!

We just bought a new 2024 Kia Sportage EX Hybrid from Elgin Kia. I feel we got a very fair deal on an awesome car. Our salesperson Reanne Miller was great to work with. Very pleasant and knowledgeable with no pressure at all. I would recommend her to anyone.

I've had this car for 2 years with my dealer and only had one issue replacing the throttle body. Big expense but worth it. Easy to maintain car. Mostly electric is some areas but I love the worker bee approach for the car. Small but roomy. I still prefer the Nissan cube but this one is close. I'm on the plus size side so roominess is important. There just aren't enough cup holders lol.

If your thinking about buying a Volkswagen come to Elgin. We first went to a different volkwagen dealership and they were such scam artists. It almost turned me off not to buy a Volkswagen ! I use to own a 2014 Allroad with all the bells and whistles. It only had 211HP at that time and it was plenty of power. The thing went like a rocket. Not that I have owned any sports cars in the past. Fast enough to lose your licence if you are not careful. Fast enough to pass 5-8 cars in a row on a single lane highway. Now looking at a Demo 2017 with the newer engine with the higher HP, AWD and newer front seats. The car was fun to drive, good acceleration, good on the highway as well. The AWD system was fantastic on winter roads with proper winter tires not all season garbage. I had two sets of tires and rims and will do it again. The reason I got rid of it in the first place was I needed a vehicle for towing. Now that has passed I am considering the Allroad once again. I really do miss it. Wow how life changes.

I own a 2019 2nd Allroad I've owned. I have a preium plus summer & winter package. I have the lower thigh support. Great on fuel but it runs on preium gas. Handling is great, and the ride makes you want to keep driving it. I never had issues with my 2014 and after a year & half nearing 35K miles I have only changed oil rotated the tires. Audi dealerships treat you Right. Not impressed with BMW, my wife's car spends it's life at the dealership! Quatro over X-drive no comparison! U will enjoy UR Audi experience.

I'd been eyeing the old version of the Allroad for so many years so when the new version came out, I had to have it! I can go from a business meeting, to dinner, to the mountains and the car fits the bill. The exterior design is eye catching yet not too flashy. It's sophisticated but yet rugged enough so that you don't worry about getting it dirty on dirt roads because once you hose it down, it'll look like a million bucks again. Power and handling are superior to my wife's Subaru Outback. You can drive it like a sports sedan through canyons and power up mountains with ease. I can fit my road bike w/ only 1 seat folded down, leaving plenty of room for a 3rd person and all our gear. Only issue I have (much like the cars.com reviewer) is with the MMI interface. I feel that BMW's interface was much easier and intuitive. Changing radio stations requires you to look at the screen, therefore taking eyes off road. In addition, changing the fan speed on the air conditioning requires 2 different motions instead of a quick turn of the knob like other cars. Other than that, I love this car and would recommend to active people looking for an upscale and fun car at a relatively decent price.

We were looking for a very specific Navigator, and could not locate one locally. We found exactly what we wanted at Wickstrom, 80+ miles from our home. We connected with Tristan Metzner and set an appointment to see and drive the car. The only day we were available was her day off, but she agreed to meet with us anyway. She was very personable and definitely well-versed on Lincolns. We decided to buy the car, and I was very pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the process went. None of the back and forth that plagues the process at other dealers. I told her what I wanted on my trade and they met it. They also increased their discount on the Navigator over what we had discussed earlier. Tristan was fantastic through it all, including getting us set up with the Lincoln app and the driver settings in the car. I highly recommend Wickstrom Auto group and specifically Tristan Metzner!! This is an update to previous review. I bought the cerma plate protection package but was unhappy with the interior. I took it back and it turned out that nobody even worked on the interior. They did it while I waited. If I hadn't taken it back I would have paid for something I didn't get. The service dept. was a little upset with my mood and attitude, but when they found out no-one had even worked on my interior they were very apologetic and nice about it and thanked me for bringing it to they're attention. I don't like dealers and this is a perfect example of why.

Compared to other front drive minivans, it's a gas guzzler and stops slowly. Not a great choice for soccer moms, but maybe the best choice for bigger families towing camper or boat often. Nice cargo van for people looking to take all seats out but maybe better mpg 3L in another make for the traveling crowd.
