Was this a perfect transaction? No. Would I recommend them? Yes. Some things went wrong, most things went right. They answered questions, they answered calls (and I called them a lot) I bought a car online from photographs. They delivered the car I bought plus sent a small refund, an unrequested refund. What car lot does that? They pointed out the negatives to the car, took more pictures when I asked, double-checked some things for me. I found them to be professional.

Steve was great as always! He was friendly from the time I walked in until I drove off the lot. He kept me updated throughout the day. Harper Acura’s service department has always provided great service for the 20+ years I’ve been a customer.

Great car to drive and easy to park and great on gas plenty of legroom . With the seats folded down offers plenty of cargo space.

Absolutley one of the best cars I ever owned. BMW is the power Period. Mine is styled to the max with carbon fibers and sport wheels and so on. So... I'm generally VERY leary of auto dealerships (I've never had a good experience). However, my experience at Autonation Honda, was actually an extremely pleasant one. They worked very fairly, and quickly throughout the entire process. I was shocked at how Ivan and his manager, Adam, went WELL above and beyond. I added pretty much all the extra add-on's, etc.. And not only did they all deliver, they did so in record time. Seriously, I was blown away. I highly recommend them to anyone. Even the managers from other departments came to me upon final signing, introduced their selves, and offered very sound advice, etc., And everyone was incredibly down to earth, helpful, and above all else friendly... certainly not my experiences in the past. If you're in the market for a new auto, I would not hesitate to give them a visit.

As a proud owner of a 2004, 2 Gen Prius with 170K miles, we just brought our second Prius, . . . this time a 2016 Prius V. We love the smooth ride and comfort of the Prius V, as well as the spacious interior, cargo space, and the fuel economy. The single drawback is its exterior look. I think it is the ugliest car on the road. It reminds me of a wide-mouth bass, . . . referring to the front grille. Oh well, you can't have everything!

They were great in every way I ended up having an emergency and didn't make it there yet but they deserve an A for their help

We love this car. It is reliable, economical to operate and has lots of cargo space. It has more than our former car, which we also loved, a Rav 4. Don't let the look of it being small fool you.

Very smooth, comfortable and quiet. Extremely roomy and quite attractive exterior. Added roof racks, still quiet. Gas mileage approaching mid-30’s on secondary highways. Acceleration is good, handling is firm. All wheel drive makes a big difference. Very happy with purchase, and highly recommend.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

Simple, no haggle. Car was clean, actually had new tires on it which was a total surprise. Financing took until the next day, but not the dealership's fault.

Overall the car is good for commuting. The MPG is about 29-38 mpg averages. Takes 87-91 gas. The power is quick on start up but struggles at the higher speeds. MPG goes down of low 30s at faster freeway speeds. The car makes a weird mechanical noise at start up sounds like a vent or lever opening / closing and also another weird noise when the rear view camera opens and closes when put in reverse. I dash lights for air bag are always on in yellow and emergency lights in red. I cover with black tape case at night time these are annoying. The Day time light are always on which are annoying. It does cause a slight drain on battery and alternator. If you put your parking back on when stop the lights go off. Its a rough ride even with new tires. Its a low to ground so hard to get in and out of if your tall.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

This car was good enough, for me. I had to replace the exhaust manifold at 120k, roof drains at 125k, and 2 seized calipers around 133k. Had it regularly checked at the dealer, but it ended up mechanically failing me, leaving me stranded more than once. Car seemed to eat through batteries in 2 years or less, could never get that figured out either. Fantastic mpgs no matter how you drive

I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.
