This car was good enough, for me. I had to replace the exhaust manifold at 120k, roof drains at 125k, and 2 seized calipers around 133k. Had it regularly checked at the dealer, but it ended up mechanically failing me, leaving me stranded more than once. Car seemed to eat through batteries in 2 years or less, could never get that figured out either. Fantastic mpgs no matter how you drive

Love this car. It’s drives well. I have owned for two years and it’s very reliable and affordable to maintain. It’s always fun to drive. Great cargo room. Great stereo and audio features. Great gas mileage. I really really love it. Best car ever. I have had outback’s, Prius, accords, civics, and carollos and this car is the best. So happy with it. I am waiting for a new fresher model to come out but not in a rush.

I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

This is the most reliable car I’ve ever owned. Drove her off the lot brand new and 16 years later and 150K miles, she’s still smooth as silk. Only repairs are a window and windshield wiper!! So sad they don’t make these cars anymore.

I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.

Easy to drive, easy to maintain. Entering an on ramp at 40mph, if you step the accelerator to the floor mine goes from 40 to 90 plus mph in 2 and a half seconds. 4.2 vortex v6. Scary fast. Mine is 4wd, currently won't engage will repair and pass truck to my daughter

Love it. Suspension is so responsive. My R320 has AMG styling package plus a performance module. Hate having to sell it. Seats are very comfortable!

This vehicle is comfortable and a smooth drive. Size is good for extra passengers and/or hauling equipment. I am looking forward to talking a road trip.

I waffle between 4 and 5 stars because I believe that they are generally very good people, good mechanics, personable and professional. My first regular service with them included oil change and tire rotation, everything went perfectly. My second service with them was a regular mileage service which included flushing of different systems and changing some filters in addition to the oil change, tire rotation, etc... and after the second service, I started having problems. I ended up bringing it back, and they determined that something had been over tightened causing my problems, and they corrected it. I think sometimes people get in a hurry and shortcuts are taken, and consequently mistakes are made. I believe I experienced that very problem at that second service visit. I don't think it is a systemic issue or irregular occurrence, I have to believe that it's an aberration because the service department is very highly rated at this dealership. And because they treated me fairly and professionally, I will be going back for my third regular service. But it did bother me that I ended up having to waste pretty much an entire day to have a problem corrected and there was no acknowledgment of my time. So as I said, I waffle, I would like to give them five stars because they are such kind people. But because of the carelessness that required my return and the obliviousness to the wasting of my time I dropped it down to a four star review. Maybe in time they will earn that fifth star back.

We are unabashed fans of station wagons built on sport sedan platforms, and we are distressed to see this best-of-all-worlds configuration disappearing from the US market, even though it remains deservedly popular in Europe. We bought a 2016 Sportwagen one year ago; our other car is a 2001 VW Passat wagon, which we plan to keep running as long as we reasonably can. The Sportwagen excels on fuel efficiency, handles very well, and offers more-than-adequate performance. Although it is almost as large outside as the Passat, it offers noticeably less usable cargo volume, albeit still sufficient for most purposes. Sideward and rearward visibility are better than average, but no match for the Passat wagon, which is almost unbeatable in this category. Styling is elegantly clean, simple, and timeless. We have had no problems yet, and we happily note that the engine has a generous 6 qt. oil capacity, versus the Passat's 3.7 qts., which I expand to 4.25 by using an oversized Mann oil filter. The larger oil capacity should reduce the incidence of infamous oil "sludge" (technically, baked-on coke). German cars offer a superb driving experience, but they need to be maintained fastidiously; they do not thrive on neglect the way a Toyota might.

My family has used Harper for several years for service, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. I found some issues in my car a while ago and took it to several places out of town (as I don’t live in the Knoxville area) to get it checked out and worked on, yet none of them fixed the issue. At this point, I decided to bring it to Harper because I had faith in them to do the job. The guys at Harper didn’t just fix the issue I came to them for, but they did some general checks and let me know of a few other things to keep my eyes on. Phil really helped me out and gave me some slack, due to the trouble I’d had when bringing it to other shops. He kept me apprised of everything they were looking into and doing, as well as a general timeline (which they beat). All in all, I had another great experience at Harper and was reminded why my family has trusted them for years.

This is one of the best vehicles I’ve owned. As a big fan of wagons, there are very few options in America, and this is certainly the best value out there. There were only two trim levels available, which means the base S model is really well equipped (heated seats, CarPlay, etc.). It’s a shame VW discontinued this model!

I bought a leftover Ford CMax Energi plug-in hybrid 6 years ago. My only regret is, that Ford discontinued making this model. I was a Mopar man all my life, but I am now a Ford man. My CMax is the most satisfying car I have ever owned, and I will keep it until I die. It's a plug -in hybrid, so I can drive 1,000 miles from Philly to Tampa without sopping to charge the battery. One or two fill-ups for gas. And it has electric everything, so it's so comfortable to drive all day. I just wish I was younger, so I could enjoy it longer.

a very good car that we kept for 5 years and sold at 64K miles. Bought an other Subaru Outback, 2025 model, but with the turbo enginr as I found the 2.4l engine a little sluggish.

Great car to drive and easy to park and great on gas plenty of legroom . With the seats folded down offers plenty of cargo space.

Neat, well maintained facility with good selection of used cars that the average person would buy. Website had photo of their immaculate shop. Also had photos and short bio of the two owners. This was first time I had seen this on a car site and was impressed. Travelled 140 mi. because they had exact vehicle I was looking for. Definitely worth checking out if you see a vehicle on their site you're interested in.

I bought a 2009 Subaru WRX from here, and traded in my 2007 Outback Sport. I dealt with three different employees between two separate visits and they were all very friendly and knowledgeable about Subarus. The buying process was quick and easy, and the only reason I had to come back a second time was due to my bank not being open the first time. I highly recommend them if you are on the market for a used Subaru, and I will be back when I am ready for my next vehicle. I plan to have them service my vehicle in the future as well.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.
