Josh Nussbaum was the sales person we worked with. He was knowledgeable, personable and very helpful. You can tell he cares about his customers. It was a great overall experience.
2025 Kia Sorento review
We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

2020 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Overall a great vehicle but I’m always concerned about potential DFM & 8L90 transmission problems. I had to replace four fuel injectors around 60,000 miles. I recently replaced a speed sensor in the transmission but this was at 110,000 miles. Others have not been so fortunate. This is not a vehicle built to be “hot rodded”. I strongly recommend 5,000 mile oil changes. Otherwise it’s absolutely the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Hope to drive it to 250k or so.

I am beyond thrilled with my 2023 Maserati Grecale from Autos of Chicago. Chris provided exceptional used car dealer services throughout the process. He was highly professional, transparent, and completely pressure-free. I strongly recommend visiting this dealership for your next vehicle purchase.

My wife and I worked with Naomi. She was an excellent representative of the company, and handled all things seamlessly, and to our satisfaction. I would work with her again. Thank you, Naomi!
