I traded in a leased Nissan Altima sr that I only had for a year. Other dealerships told me they couldn’t do it or I would be paying around 670 a month for another car. They got me in a 2016 new 2lt convertible Camaro in a gorgeous blue color. The payment was so much lower than what I expected I couldn’t believe it. The amount I financed for was so much less than I expected also. The staff were very friendly and the car drives like a dream. This dealership is the best one I’ve EVER been too. I’m 20 and I bought 3 cars so far, each new. This was the best experience I’ve had yet. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. And I already have told about 10-15 people about it. Best place ever.
Thad and his team were so helpful and knowledgeable about each vehicle I checked out. When I went through the financing process they weren't trying to push a sale (which is something I have encountered in my past at other dealerships) I felt like I was getting the best deal and never felt like I was being taking advantage of. Purchased a vehicle just over a year ago, staff was exceptionally nice which made the buying process easy. I now take my vehicle there(and only to Hendrickson's) for regular maintenance. The service staff is also exceptionally friendly, and it's never been more then an hour wait. Thank you for all your hard work, it truly shows.
Our heating and cooling system completely went out in our Grand Caravan. Our Thanksgiving at my Mom’s house in Ft. Wayne was in jepordy. Rose worked hard to obtain our warranty information. Dan moved the schedule around to fit our van in before Thanksgiving. We were even given a loaner van to drive while ours was being fixed. Right at 5:00 pm the day before Thanksgiving Dan called me and said your van is ready. Our Thanksgiving in Ft. Wayne was saved!! My entire family is greatful to Rose, Dan, and anyone else who helped make our Thanksgiving special. God bless you all.
Have had oil changes done and other warranty work done. Service dept has always been friendly, helpful and efficient. I live out of state with a summer home in the area and choose to have my work done there vs in my home city because of there customer service and work!
The spare time fell from under our Durango. Hendrickson’s service dept. gave us a estimate and repaired it for the estimated amount. The service manager come out and showed us how to get the tire down to be able to use the spare. Very nice and knowledgeable.

John Frame our salesperson was excellent. We test drove 3 vans before our purchase & John was very patient with us and very knowledgeable.
Our finance person Patti was also super.
I sold cars a few years ago and this dealership knows how to do it correctly. The place I worked at... not so much.
Great folks to deal with,our salesman Curt Brazzle was courteous and knowledgeable about the product,we would recommend the dealership and salesman. We liked the fact that there was no high pressure sales pitch

Found the perfect car on Cars.com and contacted Hubbard. I had a response very quickly. I did have a few questions and sent them to the man who had contacted me. However, after several hours with no response, I contacted salesman John Gustin directly and he immediately found the answers to every question. He has followed up with me after the sale and I am very satisfied with him. My only concern is that the dealership apparently doesn't clear the memory of their used vehicles, they let the new buyer do that. In this day and age, if you don't erase all the data you've input into a car, you're asking for big trouble. But some people may not think about it when they trade in their car. A new buyer could get your home address from the GPS, your phone and contacts from the phone memory, etc. etc. Dealers should make it a practice to wipe the memory of any car they take in before they offer it for sale.
I found the perfect car online and sent a request for someone to contact me. In a few hours I had an email and then a phone call. Lonnie answered all my questions to my satisfaction, so, I drove 6 hrs to pick up my new car. It was everything that it was advertised to be and was detailed and ready to go for me! The paperwork was quickly taken care of so I could get back on the road. Overall I had a very good experience with the staff at Hubbard and would not hesitate to visit them again someday.
My experience at Auto Park was good. My salesman Rick was laidback but very attentive. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped helped get me the best value for my trade in.
