Fernando the salesman was excellent! The sales management was shady as can be. They would not take a non-refundable deposit to hold the vehicle for a couple of days, and I offered to completely prepay to hold it, and was informed they only took money in person! I am 700 miles away and was willing to pay sight unseen! I do NOT recommend this place! I hope Fernando finds a job at a better place, he deserves it.

Bought a truck on the 10th and it was a great experience. Art answered all of our questions and the transaction was simple.

I want to love this vehicle.
I want to love this vehicle. It is unsafe. The engine dies while driving and says "Shift to Park". A lot of money spent on finding the issue and still not resolved. I cannot drive it on the freeway for fear of being in an accident due to the engine stalling intermittently. - Purchased a Used car

The Jeep Renegade proves that you don’t need a massive
The Jeep Renegade proves that you don’t need a massive SUV to enjoy real capability. It is great for everyday practicality, making it a great choice for drivers who want something different—something with personality, performance, and purpose. Whether you're commuting during the week or hitting the trails on the weekend, the Renegade is more than ready to go wherever life takes you. - Purchased a Used car

Trailhawk Rocks
Read some of the negative reviews thinking we may have gotten lucky with ours. We still own our 2017 Trailhawk that my wife uses for commuting to work. Bought it used from Hertz with 24K miles late 2018. Of course we bought an extended warranty. Sure enough, the right front brake caliper froze. Had the whole front braking system replaced under warranty and never had another problem with the brakes. Only other problem we had was an occasional transmission hesitation that only seems to happen when I’m driving it. Happened about twice a year. My wife never experienced it because she drives like an “Old lady.” Oh, cigarette lighter fuse burnt out one time while using an air compressor. It was a royal PITA to replace because it’s hidden deep under the DS dashboard. You’ll have to remove the knee panel to get to it with very little space. We have the smaller screen infotainment system. Very basic but works ok. Backup camera is small and barely useful, but works. Engine noise can get loud from a four cylinder Tigershark. Other than those issues, this Trailhawk is a blast to drive. The Tigershark is a beast and enough to get this tiny AWD out of any spots where most of its direct competitors would get stuck. I didn’t like its AWD at first until I realized that the “Fresh” tires Hertz installed before we picked it up were cheap asian made all season touring tires that were slippery on any road surface. After replacing them with proper tires, this tiny SUV can go anywhere though i still wouldn't dare bring it to where the "Real" Jeeps can go. I've taken ours through gravel, sand, mud, some rocks, and snow. Hasn't failed me yet. Knock on wood. We've driven it from FL to NJ without any problems. It's tight inside as expected. The engine pulled our heavy load easily. We've also been blessed to own a Tigershark engine that doesn't burn excessive oil. Yes, they do exist. The ride can get jiggly from the short wheelbase. Handling is good with good tires, but treacherous with bad, cheap tires. One note on the realtime AWD system in normal mode. There is a slight lag transferring power to the rear wheels. Similar to most realtime AWD systems in the market at this price level. Our Honda Pilot with VTM4 torque vectoring AWD system doesn't have this issue as a comparison. Follow a good maintenance schedule with this little beauty and they can last a long time. - Purchased a Used car

Good vwhicle
85000 miles on it and the only issue has been a starter problem, it’s going bad and I will replace soon. The moulding at the front of the removable roof panels started to separate. Other than that it has been an awesome vehicle and I feel like the 2.4 has plenty of power. - Purchased a New car

Worst car
This is the worst car I’ve ever owned. Ever time I turn around it’s in the shop. I have brought the jeep in the shop every 2000 miles to get it all checked because he’s using a lot of oil and nobody wants to do anything thing about it. I would never ever I want another Jeep again. I will not. Recommend this a car to anyone. - Purchased a New car

Daily Ride
I got my Renegade (TrailHawk) new, I now have 66,000 miles on her. She has been a very good to me. I've had a Jeep since 1984 this one has been one of the best. If I keep it around 55-60 I avg. around 30mpg. The MPG drops (26-28mpg) little when I pull little trailer that have. My dog did some damage to her, the parts were little high. - Purchased a New car

Worst car I’ve owned.
Transmission on my new still under warranty vehicle had to be replaced. I was given a refurbished transmission even though my new car is still under warranty. Worst reliable vehicle and worst service I have ever experienced. So regretful I ever bought a Jeep! NEVER AGAIN! - Purchased a New car
