Service department doesn't write anything down when you explain the problems. Then when they call, they blame everything on not using them for service or OEM parts. Blower fan wasn't blowing a lot of air through the vents, they said blower motor, actually the cabin filter was old and filled with debris. A/C wasn't blowing cold air, they said need a complete new system, actually the system had low pressure added coolant and 3 years still ice cold in 100 degrees weather. My list goes on with brakes where they just add grease on top of grease. Transmission never need to change the fluid, yes you do actually. They just replace parts, don't listen to the customer describing the problem. I question them doing tires and oil really. They don't stand behind any repair so you just keep wasting money when you can probably do what they do yourself. -
just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

I bought a 2025 Impreza Base model.
I bought a 2025 Impreza Base model. This is my first Subaru, and I have to say, for a base trim package, it is A LOT of car! The dual touch screens take some getting used to, but they're easy to learn and navigate. The eyesight system is a pretty cool safety feature and helps keep me focused if I get distracted. The AWD is really smooth when accelerating, and the CVT feels similar to an automatic. I wasn't expecting to like a CVT but I feel like Subaru is doing them right. We'll see where this thing is at in a few years, but so far it feel pretty nice. This thing has plenty of juice when getting up to speed. The steering controlled headlights are a cool feature I didn't know I needed. Overall, this is a very nice vehicle at a great price. It's a perfect daily driver and then some. - Purchased a Used car

My first Subaru. This is the RS model in Desert Oasis Blue. It’s a dream to drive. Fully equipped and the pick up speed is amazing. I feel incredibly safe in this car. It’s so comfortable and the air conditioning keeps me comfortable inside. - Purchased a New car
