I HAVE 3 YEARS WITH MY CAR. AND SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, SPECIAL THANKS TO EVERYONE AND TECH EDER

FRAUDULENT Dealership and truly disgusting treatment. I drove round trip two hours to this dealership based on a vehicle advertised online, specifically because I really wanted a black one, even though the price was significantly above market value. I specifically multiple times asked if the vehicle had been in any accidents and was assured multiple times that it had not and had a clean CarFax. This was completely fraudulent, as the vehicle clearly has damage from an accident—a crunched bumper near the headlight, moisture in the headlight, and a broken guard as well as damaged plastic behind the bumper (found by a different body shop due to the vehicle having a loud rattling noise when driving over small speed bumps)—which they deliberately concealed when sending me a video the day before I came in and leaving out the only part of the vehicle where the accident damage occurred and also by parking it strategically during my visit so I did not catch the damaged bumper in the dark. The financing process was also manipulative, with the finance manager repeatedly trying to add unwanted warranties before signing, and then coercing me into a “mandatory” warranty I did not want and asked multiple times to have removed from my loan. When I attempted to unwind the deal, the general manager refused to acknowledge me after sending multiple emails to him and engaged in intimidating behavior from his truck after refusing to speak with me when I arrived at the dealership to confront them, leaving me with a car I feel unsafe in and a loan I am deeply upside down in. This is now forcing me to have to take legal action towards them with the attorney general and DMV for deceptive sales practices. The whole experience has been truly deplorable and I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life.

Amazing car.
Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself. - Does recommend

The BEST thing I have EVER purchased, bar none.
Unbelievable car!!! 2023 Tesla Y (Long Range 19") and my wife fully agrees. Where do I begin? Value! Crazy good, purchased Sept 2023, will end up costing about 44k after 7500 tax credit, now factor in another 10k (at least) saved over gas over the next 5 plus years and my cost will drop to about 34k?? For this car???! Seriously, at 9 cents a kilowatt hour, (FL) to charge this thing in my garage overnight (charge rate is 30 miles in just an hour) only costs about $7.50 worth of electricity for about 315 miles range. What?? We've had this for 7 months and about 18k miles and have spent only about a buck or two on windshield washer fluid so that's it on maintenance costs. What a PLEASURE not having to deal with dealerships and oil changes that take a half a day of hassle. Teslas service (and app) is excellent. I've read the motors (dual) can go 1 million miles and the battery 300-500 k miles. I plan on doing 200k miles on this car. Range anxiety? None for me, basically I can drive about 3 complete hours of driving per day on a charge. Waking up every day with 3 hours worth of driving and skipping gas stations with 35 dollar fill-ups (we have a Prius with 300k miles) is wonderful. Teslas supercharger network is everywhere. I've never seen a station that did not work or a line that kept me waiting more than 5 minutes. I never realized, until I owned a Tesla, that not having to go to the gas station about once a week (or about 27 times for the past 7 months) erases any inconvenience of having to supercharge because unless you do frequent road trips (more than about 3 hours round trip) you will go months at a time not having to supercharge. (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost for me to charge at home) Your house is technically your gas station! (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost of me charging at home) Performance? basically, this car has about the speed of a 911 and its low center of gravity and handling make it really really fun to drive. Highest safety rating all around and the very good stereo has about 14 speakers (and a subwoofer) that round out some amazing perks usually reserved for much more expensive cars... The software, self driving and navigation is very advanced and not an upcharge if you dont do the full self driving, gorgeous graphics and an intelligent user interface that can be learned as you go along make this car a phenomenal choice. Tesla is WAY ahead on software and basically built this car around their software platform while others are building EVS and struggling with their software and charging systems. Tesla outsells their competition by a very wide margin, for good reasons. The wife and I were about to get either a Honda CRV or a Toyota Rav 4 and by some wonderful luck walked past the Tesla store at the mall, 10 minutes later we test drove the y and 3 and literally, before we drove a mile we knew this test drive experience made it clear, we would try this Tesla. 101% happy we did. If you are considering the Tesla, make sure you drive one before making your decision. One last thing, buying direct from Tesla basically means you are getting maybe about 20% more car for a lower price because the middleman dealerships are not cost factored in, and don't believe the negative media coverage. Tesla is bypassing an entire industry and alot of big companies are probably not happy about it. If you really want to know what Tesla ownership is like, ask Tesla owners. My neighbor has a Model 3 with 45k miles, I asked her the other day what she has paid for Maintenace so far and she said "nothing" and LOVES her Tesla. I hear the same from pretty much every Tesla owner I ask. What a car! - Purchased a New car

Best Car I've Ever Owned
Everything positive other owners have said in the reviews is true about performance, easy to drive, comfort, etc, but I was very much impressed by the fit and finish of the vehicle. We all hear about panel gaps and misalignments and bad build quality from the "experts", but my car was on par or even better than the Lexus GS I traded in. I liked it so much my father also bought one based on my recommendation and again the vehicle was flawless. Maybe back in the day this was an issue when this model was first introduced, but certainly not anymore. Both times I was at the service center picking up the two vehicles, I looked at dozens of other new customer cars on the lot and none had any issues that I could see. - Purchased a New car

Tesla model Y.
Great car to drive every day. It's best attributes are its quick acceleration and stability. It's cool to have different horn sounds, and you can broadcast your favorite song outside (while it's parked). I personally love the silly light and sound shows you play to show your friends. The stereo system sounds great. The things that need improvement are: the rear air vents don't point straight to the rear passengers, there's no spare tire and if you get one you loose a lot of the trunk space. The windshield defogger doesn't work the way you expect it especially in a high humidity climate. - Purchased a New car

Unbelievable car
Simply blown away, clean. Simple interior. Comfortable amazing performance. Everything just works the way it should, maybe the best overall car ever driven, when you couple that with performance on par with most high in sports cars, along with its size and practicality, definitely a winner! The supercharger by my house was the only drawback as it took a lot of charge, but if I had home charging it wouldn't be a problem - Purchased a New car

The Good and Bad About Tesla
I now have three Tesla’s. I have two Model Y’s and one Model 3. Overall the buying experience was excellent. There was no need to haggle over prices and delivery was exceptionally easy. However, there are some draw backs. Currently we have significant negative equity in each of our three cars due to the continuous price drops after purchasing them. In one case I took delivery days after a reduction and attempted to reason with Tesla but they would not provide any kind of consideration. The cars ride very nicely and are very comfortable inside. However, the claim that you will get nearly 300 miles per charge is completely erroneous. You may extend your range if you are constantly on the highway but you are actually getting about 100-150 miles per charge in your normal day to day driving. Use those as your true calculations as you figure whether it's better to go electric or gas. Lastly we just had the worst customer service I've experienced in a while when it came to their repair shop. Recently I had to take my Model Y to Tesla because the undercarriage piece broke off for going through a puddle! Yes, a puddle on the street made the undercarriage break off. The best part of this is that they would not even cover it under warranty as the Telsa repair MANAGER said that was an "atmospheric event." Do your research and see how many others had the same issue. You should consider this car from all angles before making a decision. Although it is an excellent driving vehicle, you will experience significant frustrations if you ever need to repair it or ever decide to sell your car. Do your own research on all of these issues and draw your own conclusions. - Purchased a New car
