I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

Absolute xxx of a vehicle. I will never buy a Ford ever again. In the less than 70k miles I’ve had this garbage truck I’ve had to replace the transmission, the powertrain and gear shifter has failed, the electronics on the interior have been randomly shutting off for the last 3 months and the latch on the rear, passenger door failed so I door won’t latch e and stay shut unless locked. Ford only offers warranty for 30k miles so they’re completely useless. Absolute piece of xxxx company with piece of xxxx vehicles who have piece of xxxx customer service. I will never buy a Ford again and recommend anyone reading this to never buy a 2018 Ford F-150. They’re garbage vehicles.

Bought it brand new. Comfortable and fast 5 liter…then the engine got noisy. It always ran but ticked and clicked. Started using oil. Under warranty but ford did nothing but say that was its nature. Then the door latches started to fail…nature of the beast. Transmission was inconsistent and often made a clunk and jump move when starting it. It never let me down but I moved on when the warranty was over. Could have been a great vehicle but I didn’t trust it or the dealer.
