I visited the Desoto location, purchased a 2021 Ford escape 3/15/25 at 6pm and the transmission went out in it on Sunday 3/16/25 that evening.. I was so upset and it left me & my kids stranded on the side of the road.. I literally had to beg someone to give us a ride & push the vehicle back to my resident!!! I was told by Izabella that nothing was wrong with the vehicle.. I was deceived.. I am not happy about the purchase & Im very dissatisfied with the whole dealership!! I will be paying them a visit due to this horrible situation..

I have a 2021 SEL.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

Really a breeze to drive and ride in!

Bought in 2023 used with 30k miles, after driving it for six months it had become my favorite car, it’s smooth, I avg 27mpg in town driving, 33 highway. They don’t have tons of street lighting here and I hit a curb one evening and enjoyed discovering a spare tire I could switch myself until going to tire store next day.
