Literally the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with in terms of timeliness and communication. Don’t expect a call at all when you drop your car for any type of an appointment. Don’t expect them to be faster than 24 hours to do a simple oil change.

They have serviced my EV6 from the time I purchased it. They always show great concern for the customer and the vehicle, Nick Palumbo was proactive in communicating where they are in the process of the service event.

I’ve had the car for less than a year (2022) and the AC
I’ve had the car for less than a year (2022) and the AC broke down (or just never worked) the dealer could not figure out what was wrong with it despite it being there for a full month and still is not fixed. The car has been taken to the dealer by the previous owner for the same issue. About 3 months later the cars transmission went out… The upside on the car is the interior and exterior are beautiful, comfortable and feels very luxurious. Other than that, I do not recommend - Purchased a Used car

Engine noise, valve noise and nock .
This 1.6 turbo engine have lauded noise and rattle valve noise warming up, nock noise to.I have this car for two years those problems start at 8700 hundred miles. - Purchased a New car

Great ride and features.
Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash. - Purchased a Used car

Pleasantly surprised/impressed
Traded in my 2012 KIA Optima EXGDI for KIA K5 GT- Line. Was unhappy Optima was discontinued but very impressed with its replacement. Love my KIA. Reliable, excellent safety features and as always looks sharp. - Purchased a New car

Excellent Vehicles Only One Major Problem in 10 yr
This is my 3rd KIA I have owed. They all have been excellent cars and mechanically sound including my K-5 except for my 2015 Kia Forte which which threw a piston rod. This was related to a recall which occurred in 2014 on the engine that was in my forte I believe and had the same symptoms as was described in recall. I was not granted a credit for that car which was upsetting. Other than that I am very happy with my Kia’s and my K-5. - Purchased a New car

wanted a stinger but
so far so good , this is our third kia , this k5 being the best and most comfortable . me being a car guy I enjoy the power and confidence this car has along with great fuel economy. the style is also not going out of date for few years as some do after the first yr or so. - Purchased a New car

Lighting system having problems with and audio has a mind of its own! Playing music off and on. Lighting has a symbol V on the driver's side and a smaller one on the passenger side Very distracting and annoying, A safety issue to me Thank you - Purchased a New car

Satisfied with my K5 Class and speed
I love my K5 it’s fast and reliable. Entering onto the highway is quick and smooth, I get that quick take off that’s needed. Also my first winter was great. I never got stuck I could always get out. The comfort is great the enterior is sharp. The outside has a different look and style of its own class. Love my K5 - Purchased a New car

K5 BETTER THAN 5 SERIES BMW
2022 EX Kia K5 is by far the most comfortable drive and fantastic performance. I have ways had BMW's... 5 series and up. The Kia K5 is a much better Sedan at a much better price and overall cost of ownership!!! - Purchased a New car
