I purchased a 2017 Cadallac Escalade with 122,000 miles for ONLY $23,000!! Super clean, no rust, interior like new! I owned a financial investment firm for 36 years and every few years my accountant would tell me we needed a sizable deduction, so i'd purchase a brand new Cadallac Escalade, so I know what a well kept clean car looks like. I didn't know, but when you buy a used car with more than 100,000 miles, there is no warranty. By the time I got my car home I could tell there was something wrong with the transmission. I called them and they told me to bring it in the next day. I dropped it off the first thing in the morning and they gave me a brand new loaner. I returned the loaner and expected to pay for services rendered and NO CHARGE!! Two days later I had another issue and brought it back, got the same loaner, and again NO CHARGE!!! Something a few days later and the same result. NO CHARGE!!!! I and my team at my Financial planning firm new the client was king and we treated and served them as such. LASH went way beyond the call of duty. I and my family will be loyal to them for the rest of my life! -
Sales rep, Adam Bryant, was outstanding! He helped us navigate a few glitches with our car in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Excellent rep! The problem came one week later, with the dealership itself. We were given two key fobs at the time of purchase, but a safety check determined that the car required some wiring repair in the steering column. That safety repair rendered one of those two key fobs unusable, and they would not update the unusable key, telling us that often times, used cars only come with one key. When I nicely pointed out, “But ours came with two key fobs,” they said it was our responsibility to purchase the new update, which was pricey. A wonderful dealership experience turned sour at that point.

- Battery Replacement We test your battery with our high tech tool to determine how much is left. This is important to prevent unexpected breakdowns. The option to this preventative service is to wait for the vehicle to not start one day. We install high quality AC Delco batteries, right from GM.
- Brake inspection
- We'll remove the wheels and take a look at the brake pad remaining. Then, we'll check brake lines and hoses. Inspect disc brake pads and linings. Check master cylinder and fluid levels. You'll get a full report.
- Fuel injector service
- The dirtiest fuel is around the Great Lakes. Your injectors need regular cleaning to stay at optimum performance. We perform a pressurized service that flushes them clean, we clean up residue in the intake system and valves, and we add an additive that keeps the cleaning going while you drive.
- Oil, filter change
- Oil and Filter Change and Vehicle Inspection! Includes up to 5 quarts of oil. Add a tire rotation for just $10. Use Dexos Semi-Synthetic Oil for just $10 more! Call for appointment.
- Power steering service
- Our high tech service attaches to you power steering pump and flushes out the old fluid and replaces it with new fluid. In the past, the industry has overlooked this fluid. Now, it is recognized as important to keep the power steering system operating better, smoother and longer.
- Tire rotation
- Rotate tires & wheels as recommended. Remove all four wheels and rotate them front to back. Check and set tire pressures. Visually inspect brake pads.
- Transmission service
- Transmission Total Fluid Exchange - Synthetic Fluid Flush fluid with new Synthetic Fluid. Our high tech service attaches directly to your transmission. We will push brand new Synthetic fluid in and simultaneously pull the old fluid out.
- Wheel alignment (AWD)
- Check and adjust caster, camber and set toe using our High Tech Alignment machine. Check tire pressure and wear. Check all steering and suspension. Additional parts and labor may be required on some vehicles. We'll also get a reading on the rear wheel alignment and if this needs adjusting, we'll let
- Wheel balance
- We will remove all four of your wheels and balance them on our high tech balancing machine. Then we'll check tire pressures & adjust as necessary. We'll rotate them as wear indicates. Inspect tires and wheels for abnormal wear & damage. Torque wheel nuts as recommended.
- Wiper blade replacement
- We have never charged anyone to install wiper blades. It is our Good Neighbor Policy. We have a nice selection of blades for all models. This would be for a conventional (non-beam) blade by Peak.

Resist the Escalade
This my 3rd Escalade. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle depreciation is aweful.Purchase price does not reflect that no matter the condition or milage, you will suffer severe depreciation within one year that worsens every year thereafter.I have had them laugh in my face when attempting to trade the vehicle.So thus far it is a luxury piece of trash with no resale value. - Purchased a New car

i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years. - Purchased a New car
