We made an appointment with the service department. Called the following day to confirm the appointment prior to showing up because they said they were having computer issues the day before. They said there was no appointment, so, we made another appointment for later in the week. We show up to the appointment at the scheduled date and time and are told there was no appointment in the system for our service. We insisted that there was. The representative insinuated that we were lying about setting up the appointment. The service department serviced the car any way. -
Super easy. Everything was set up and ready to go when I arrived. Amazing salesman and an excellent truck

- Check brake lines and hoses. Inspect disc brake pads and linings. Check rotors and drums. Check master cylinder and fluid levels. Clean and adjust rears. Verify parking brake operation. Test drive for proper operation. * Additional parts and labor extra. Dual rear wheels extra.
- Oil, filter change
- Inspect all fluid levels and condition. Check belts and hoses. Lube door and hood hinges, lube steering, suspension and driveline, verify tire pressure and condition, reset oil life monitor system.
- Spark plug replacement
- Replace spark plugs with AC Delco replacement spark plugs. Inspect spark plug wires. 4 Cylinder - 88.95 6 Cylinder - 105.95 8 Cylinder - 122.95 * Spark plug wires may also need to be replaced based on age and condition. Additional parts and labor are extra.
- Tire rotation
- Check and set tire pressures. Rotate and inspect tires as recommended. * Excludes dual rear wheels and Corvettes.
- Wiper blade replacement
- Replace wiper blades with AC Delco replacement blades where available. Verify operation. * Excludes beam type replacement blades.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now. - Purchased a New car
