This was the worst buying experience I’ve had to date. My husband and I went to Hess Auto to look at a Wagoneer we saw online and loved. We test drive the vehicle and decided it was the one. Before signing paperwork we were told that the wagoneer had factory warranty. Fast forward to two days after taking it home the check engine light comes on. Called Cloyd at Hess and he took the car into he “fixed”. He had told us that it was a sensor that needed fixed. So we got the car back and two days later and check engine light on again. Cloyd took the car back again to be “fixed”. He did give us a loaner which was nice, since we were without a car for a week. He had told us that it was thermostat that was bad and the part was on back order. Then had told us when they got the part in that the job was taking longer than expected. So we got the car back after a week or so and guess what, check engine light back on after a few days. So we told Cloyd and decided to take it to our jeep dealership in our town. After being looked over at our local jeep dealership they had informed us there they do not believe the thermostat had ever been changed. They also informed us that our vehicle we thought had warranty in fact did not. That since our car came from Canada that all factory warranty was voided. We contacted Cloyd about this info we received from our jeep dealership and his response was “ yea I know that, that’s why I bought you your own warranty”. This was the first time we had heard about this “warranty he bought for us”. We did get the car back and everything seemed to be good after that. But in the meantime my husband called the jeep dealership Cloyd had been “taking my car to get fixed” and come to find out my car had never been there before. 🤯 So of course my husband reaches out to Cloyd to confront him and Cloyd told us he was going to call the jeep dealership and figure out why they told us that. And haven’t heard from him since, even after my husband had tried to contact him again. Mind you, this all happening with lots of phone calls and texts not answered by Cloyd, we even had to go so far as to calling from someone else’s phone so he didn’t know it was us calling so he would answer. Lesson learned. DO NOT GO HESS AUTO in Quincy IL 0/10

The worst truck I’ve ever had.
The worst truck I’ve ever had. 1st, all 4 air pressure sensors went out. Random icons would light up: left tail light(not true), auto stop not working, check engine light on then off. Coolant disappearing, & the final straw, losing a quart of oil every 200 mi out the back of the engine. All within 20K of ownership. - Purchased a Used car

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop - Purchased a Used car

2019 Dodge Ram - Tons of problems, dozens of recalls and yet dealer said my VIN number shows no recalls....even though I have the same problems as the recalls. After 5 years battery, alternator, AC, parking brake all needed replacing/repairing. After 6 years almost all electrical components including the power steering, transmission, and gas tank pressure. Gas pedal sticks occasionally ever since I bought it new. I only drive it to work and back and have done all the routine maintenance since purchase. My km are just over 100 000 right now. This is the absolute worst purchase I have ever made. TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILTY CHRYSLER! - Purchased a New car

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck. - Purchased a New car

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new. - Purchased a Used car

I purchased the All new 2019 Ram 1500 in July of 2019. Worst experience of my life! What an utter unfunny joke of a truck. Literally everything that could go wrong did! Truck broke down leaving me stranded, steering failed, and battery died multiple times. There was a constant electrical drain on the battery like an old car might have. The dealer laughed in my face as they were swamped with recalls. Today these trucks have almost 30 recalls. I managed to live with this truck for 13months and finally could rake it anymore. My rear will never drive, sit passenger, or own a 5th generation Ram. Never! Airbag might not deploy, seat belt might not catch you. Turd, would best describe this all new 2019 Ram! - Purchased a New car

I have bought many Chrysler and Dodge vehicles and was very happy with them so when it came to buying a Ram I thought it would be a good investment shame on me I purchased a used 2019 Ram bighorn with just under 50 thousand miles in 2021 this thing has so many problems that I can not even to begin to list them all electrical I’m sure that I can not be the only one with these issues I have contacted Ram Care they tell me that they are aware of the problem and are trying to find a fix my truck is at the dealership and they tell me they Can’t fix it so even though I put 22 thousand dollars down on this truck and bought a after market warranty and by the way still paying on bank loan I have almost forgotten what the truck looks like shame on you Ram you obviously, do not have customer service and satisfaction set in the foremost I will never buy another vehicle from any of the Chrysler Dodge and ram family - Does not recommend

This is my 3rd Ram 1500.
This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone. - Does recommend

Don't do it!!!
Big beautiful piece of CRAP. At 4yrs old had ro replace both exhaust manifolds to the tune of $2000.00 now replaced almost entire electrical and still have engine light on and may or may not start. Back to square 1. How much is THIS gonna cost??? If I could give zero stars on reliability I would! - Purchased a Used car

I have owned this truck since it was new and couldn't be happier. It has never let me down. It tows effortlessly, is very comfortable and very safe. The Hemi engine never lacks all the power I ever need but it's still not a killer on gas. - Purchased a New car
