Howard Palmen's sons Ron and Roger took over the business in 1970 and acquired the Dodge franchise. In the late 1980's the business moved to a new state-of-the-art dealership in the western part of Kenosha. Today the family tradition continues as Ron's son Andrew continues to move the business forward with the addition of a Kia franchise (1998) in Kenosha a Dodge Jeep dealership (2001) in Racine Wisconsin and a Buick GMC Cadillac dealership (2010) in Kenosha Wisconsin. All along the group has stayed focused on high levels of customer satisfaction being a sales volume leader and maintaining a well-trained staff of professionals.

called first thing exactly 7am and asked when they could look at my 2025 ram with 2,000 miles for a check engine light for exhaust temp sensor and they told me drop it off an it would be fixed by end of day. Fast forward 330pm I show up after not recieving a single text or phone call from them just to find out it wasn’t fixed and told I now had to leave it with them for further data gathering and they had no rentals to offer me. No heads up, not a text or phone called, just a oh yea you can’t take it sorry. I did take it and ill find some where else that will fix it. -
This is one of the Worst Dealers I have ever Dealt with! !!! There Response is the WORST I ever dealt with!
