2018 Chrysler Pacifica Goes Goth With New Package

CARS.COM — Chrysler’s Pacifica is already one of the most stylish minivans on the market (nope, not a joke), and if its sliding doors and soccer-mom appeal still make you cringe, the automaker has the package for you. The S Appearance Package may be bland in name, but it gives the van more attitude than your eighth-grader, with black accents inside and out.

Outside, the package adds glossy black accents to the grille, headlamps and rear valance, as well as front and rear badges. Eighteen-inch wheels in Black Noise finish are standard; 20-inch Black Noise wheels are optional. A black roof rack is also optional on the Touring Plus and standard on other trim levels equipped with the S Appearance Package.

Inside, the darkness theme continues with a lot of black, including the front overhead console, headliner, visors, A-pillar trim and center console. Piano-black accents trim the cabin, and the seats are also black with Light Diesel Gray accents and stitching.
The package is $595 and can be added to any Touring Plus, Touring L, Touring L Plus or Limited trim; the 20-inch Black Noise wheels are an additional $995. Dealers can order minivans with S Appearance packages beginning this week, and vehicles will be in showrooms later this fall.
