For the 2011 model year, the Honda Fit shifts safety and convenience features to the standard column, including electronic stability control.
The Fit is available in two trims: base and Sport. All models come standard with air conditioning and power windows, locks and side mirrors. The Sport model adds alloy wheels, an underbody sport skirt, rear spoiler, fog lights and a security system.
For 2011, the base trim also receives electronic stability control, cruise control, remote keyless entry and a USB input. The Sport trim adds carpeted floormats standard and electronic stability control; last year, only the Sport trim with Navigation had the safety feature.
There are four new exterior color options on the 2011 model, which replace similar-looking colors from the previous year.
The 2011 Fit is already on sale and has an entry-level price of $15,100 for the base trim with a manual transmission, excluding a $750 destination fee.
