How Much Is the 2026 Dodge Durango?

Having debuted for the 2011 model year, the current-generation Dodge Durango is nearly old enough to have a driver’s license of its own. It’s not surprising, then, that little changes on the three-row SUV for 2026. There are three fresh wheel designs and a new Blacktop Redline Package for the V-8-powered Durango R/T. For 2026, the Durango starts at $40,490 (all prices include $1,995 destination fee).

What’s New for the 2026 Dodge Durango?

Building off of the existing Blacktop Package, which includes black badging and 20-inch wheels, the Blacktop Redline adds front and rear SRT spoilers and six-occupant seating with black leather and suede upholstery featuring red accent stitching.
Dodge is also jailbreaking the Tow N Go Package; previously only available on the R/T 20th Anniversary trim level, the package is now optional across the R/T line. Aimed at buyers whose needs include speed and towing capability (not at the same time, please), the $5,990 package includes upgraded brakes, adaptive dampers, a limited-slip rear differential, SRT-tuned steering, widebody fender flares and a performance exhaust. And while we expected the supercharged SRT Hellcat V-8 to be gone by now, Dodge says it will release details on the 2026 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat later in 2025.
Release Date and Pricing
The 2026 Dodge Durango will arrive in showrooms in the third quarter of 2025. The Durango GT will be priced from $40,490 and the R/T at $51,990.
Dodge slashed 2025 Durango pricing considerably in March, then increased the destination charge by $400 on May 21. Prices for both trims for the new model year remain the same as the 2025 model’s.

What Are the 2026 Dodge Durango’s Powertrain Specs and MPG?
While most of its competition has switched to downsized, turbocharged or hybridized powerplants, the Durango sticks with its naturally aspirated gas burners. The GT is powered by a 3.6-liter V-6 engine with 295 horsepower and 260 pounds-feet of torque, while the R/T gets a 5.7-liter V-8 making 360 hp and 390 pounds-feet. Both are backed by an eight-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard on the GT and all-wheel drive is available; the R/T only comes with AWD.
With RWD, the GT should return the same EPA-rated 18/25/20 mpg city/highway/combined as the 2025 model; it is rated at 17/24/20 mpg with AWD (official figures for 2026 are not yet available). The R/T returns 14/22/17 mpg.
What Are the 2026 Dodge Durango’s Trim Levels?
Standard equipment on the GT includes heated front seats, a six-speaker Alpine sound system, and a 10.1-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The R/T adds sport-tuned steering and suspension, a performance hood, a nine-speaker Alpine stereo and wireless device charging.
