Waited over an hour for finance person when everything should have been done before we got there. Very surprised we weren’t offered any water or coffee by our sales person while we waited.

I was very happy with my service.
I was very happy with my service. My service advisor, even looked up a warranty at another location for me and made sure that I was covered. I clearly bought a warranty that I probably didn’t need, but she went the extra mile and I didn’t even buy it from this dealership the service department here is wonderful. I truly appreciated the personal service and the text messages as well.

Samantha made the experience painless with great
Samantha made the experience painless with great communication at every step of the process I really enjoyed not having to wait to be written up. Other writers helpful when Samantha was initially busy with another customer that was there before me. From the Manager Clint to the porters all helpful without being annoying. It was a perfect balance without being overbearing .

Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. I gave 1 star because there wasn’t a zero star choice. My car leaked back in 2022 and I had to have Nissan fix the drains around my sunroof and pay thousands of dollars. Car started leaking again a few weeks ago and AGAIN I had to pay thousands of dollars to have the drains repaired. Carpet was soaking wet and mildewed. I took it to have it detailed for $400 . A few days ago it rained and once again my car leaked and everything in the car was soaking wet. I call NIssan Monday morning 10/27/25 at 8am and no one answered the phone, it rolled over to their answering service (which is off site). I left a message for the service manager to call me back. I called again about an hour later and the answering service left me on hold for a long time trying to get someone from the dealership to answer. No one did so I was sent to another voicemail and left a message. I called back about 2 hours later and went through the whole process again. Once again the answering service was unable to get anyone from the dealerships front desk or service to answer the phone. I drove over there and dropped my car off anyway. They cleaned the drains and acted like I should be honored that they didn’t charge me. They implied that it was my fault for parking under trees. Now I have to pay another $400 to get the mildew and smell out of my car. Since it doesn’t rain much in DFW I will have to wait to see if they really fixed the issue. So in a nutshell, this dealership is great when selling you a car and every experience after that is horrible. I checked the reviews and discovered that they have a 1.33 rating on the better business bureau and a 1.8 rating on Yelp. This review along with more details will be posted on several websites soon.
