Great service. I was worried about potential damage to the undercarriagge after being hit by a deer and Andrew Jur got the car up on a lift and had the mechanic take a video and explain what was what. It was beyond my expectations. Thank-you.

Service for my Lexus
The first employee, Jared, was very polite and friendly. However, while sitting in the waiting area during our appointment we were shocked and disgusted how several male employees were talking to and about their customers. For example, one of the agents was asking for the insurance card of a young woman and the condescending comments could be heard across the room. Another example were the jokes and rude comments being laughed about from the same agent about an older guest that again could be heard by all in the waiting room. I would expect more from Lexus and will not be returning to this branch.

Service consultant returned my call and scheduled appointment with loaner car for my 125,000 mile service. Tech and Service Consultant followed-up after inspection. Purchased 4 new tires. Always quality service!!!!!

Christopher Lowry was a pleasure to work for my service appointment. This was my first time working with Mr. Lowry due to my previous 'go to' service representative was no longer working at this location. I was completely impressed with Mr. Lowry in the first 5 seconds of meeting him. He was waiting for me as I drove in with a genuine smile. He took the time to research the history of my car service appointments which to me, showed great initiative. It decreased the amount of time I needed to be there trying to remember anything out of the ordinary. He was professional, kind, and trustworthy and I'm happy to work with him again.
