Review of Scheduled Maintenance experience
My service consultant, Chris Lowry, met me as soon as I arrived. He explained in detail what was included in the 75K mile service. The check- in was rapid and I proceeded to the waiting room (which is always clean and comfortable). Work was completed quickly and the car was returned clean. I look forward to dealing with Chris on future scheduled service visits.

Service was fine. Didn’t have to wait too long. Staff is very friendly. Nick was very helpful and even suggested a cleaner for a stain.

My experience with Hendrick Lexus of Charleston was outstanding. I took my car in for a software update and a recall on the air conditioner. Andrew Jur went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I also mentioned to him that I am looking for another Lexus. He asked Teresa to come talk with me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. She asked many questions so she could find my perfect car as this will be my 5th Lexus. I am a loyal customer.
