I would like to thank Kathy Hormon and the Lexus team for excellent care and repair of my Lexus!! Kathy was so helpful in listening to my questions about the recall on my cat! I loved being able to see my car being serviced through a video on my phone by a great skilled mechanic who explained in detail the status of my cars health! He also was thorough in finding a nail in my tire which he repaired! Kathy also asked Teressa to attach my phone to my Car so that it would work without having to hold my phone! Jerad Young was particularly helpful. I was short of time to have the maintenance done, as I had to meet repair people at my house, and then drive to Charlotte for an appointment. He was able to get the maintenance done by getting extra help, and I was able to meet my other appointments for the day.

Jared and his team always make servicing my car so easy. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable, and is straightforward about my options. I also received a video from the tech who did the work, TJ - I have never been better informed and more comfortable about fixing my car.
