My experience with Hendrick Lexus of Charleston was outstanding. I took my car in for a software update and a recall on the air conditioner. Andrew Jur went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I also mentioned to him that I am looking for another Lexus. He asked Teresa to come talk with me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. She asked many questions so she could find my perfect car as this will be my 5th Lexus. I am a loyal customer. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Surprised

Linda Barry at Hendrick Lexus was the only person who replied to my internet inquiry, I tried one other in Columbia who never replied although their computer replied "someone would shortly". Because it is an hour and a half drive to Charleston, most all questions and details, which took many emails from me, were addressed promptly online by Linda. At the dealership, Linda was busy with a walk-in and asked a colleague, Terrance, to assist us. He was absolutely reassuring during the test drive, noted many features we were not yet aware of. It began a bit nervous and ended laughing. Nice man. Caroline, a manager handled our trade in. Quick and reasonable to us, never felt any pressure or to buy or sell right then. We did not buy that day, Wednesday. After settling minor details, we returned on Monday to close. Linda again spent considerable time assisting setting up Bluetooth etc. We handled money options with Oliver. Hendrick Lexus hires people people. He too made the unpleasant transaction a transition to a great car. Again, never pressured or hurried. He listened, answered, offered options, explained in detail down to even daily cost. Satisfied, we bought feeling good about the entire experience. Lastly, Kaitlyn introduced us to the many details and options of the RX 350. Cameras, lights, seats, AC, heat, safety, as much as we asked she demonstrated and answered. She concluded giving her card at Hendrick asking us to call her if there were any problems or explanations we ever needed. That was unexpected personal service. Linda Barry, who answered my emails , spent time paying attention to my questions, ultimately navigated us to our new car. Everyone we dealt with never tried to "sell us". Our experience was their primary motive, even if we did not buy from them. And because of that we did.

Pleased as always

After ten years in Charleston (and decades in Atlanta) we still return to Lexus for our cars. Lexus offers an outstanding product and Charleston’s Hendrick Lexus maintains a great sales and service team.

General Maintenance on my 2016 RX350

Always good service, friendly, attentive staff. Received a loaner for my use for the day. Car was ready on time, cleaned up, and ready to pick up upon my return.
