I visited Lexus of Charleston February 1st and was assigned to Chris Lowry in service. Chris was very personable and made me feel welcomed ready to accommodate my needs. He explained the services and estimated the time frame. The service was completed on time and Chris reviewed the check up and also explained what the next 10,000 check would include. Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable young man. A credit to the dealership! Can’t rate the charge as it was the 5,000 checkup.

Unfortunately my Lexus needed service while I was out of town. I checked the Internet and found Hendrick Lexus of Charleston in South Carolina. Andrew Jur the service consultant was excellent. My overall experience was excellent, as he actually listen to me. He took care of my problems and I was on my way in two short hours. I had expectations that sitting there all day as they were very busy. I would recommend this dealership.

RC350

In the process of purchasing our RC350 we dealt with David in the financial office.He is one cog in the wheel of a well oiled machine.This young lad is definitely not “wet behind the ears” he’s efficient and knowledgeable.The whole went very smoothly because of his expertise.Sometimes the people behind the scenes don’t get the recognition they deserve. David is #1 in our book.

Recently we purchased a new Lexus RC from Lexus of Charleston.Nothing runs better than a well oiled machine.Now another cog in the wheel is a lad by the name of David.This guy was top notch in guiding us through the financial side of the purchase.One good cog in the wheel.

Regular Maintenance

Came in for a tire rotation and oil change. My service consultant, Chris Lowry, gave me 5 Star service. He was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. The work on my car, as far as I can tell, was done perfectly.
