Christopher Lowery was our Service Representative, and he did a great job, as he was knowledgeable about our LEXUS hybrid, he quickly made our 'loaner' available to us, called us promptly when the service had been completed, and Chris is quite an asset to Hendricks Lexus of Charleston. Of course, Pat Welch has always sold us our Lexus automobiles, and it was delightful to see him and hear all about the new Lexus automobiles.

Chris Lowry and his team did a terrific job. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. The explanations were understandable and there was no hard sell which I appreciated. I will be back for service on my car and my wife?s RX350.

There is long story about me and my daughters experience...
There is long story about me and my daughters experience at Hendrick Lexus yesterday but I'm going to sum it up like this..... It's the 9th ending bases are loaded and Wilbur is at the plate with 2 strikes the next pitch is thrown and HE HITS A HOME RUN and my daughter got to take home her 2015 Jeep!!!! This is a truck she has been wanting for years thanks Wilbur for making one of her dreams come through!!! Now we need you to start selling houses that's her next dream and if anyone can make a dream come true I believe IN YOU!!!! Thanks for all you did!!
