Hendrick Lexus Charleston

Dane was our sales person who great. Finance manager was also great. Took my car for service spoke to Kathy who is our service advisor she took care of everything I needed and was all done very quickly. Love the whole experience doing business with Hendrix of Lexus in Charleston,SC.

THis is my 2nd time to this dealer for Service Maintance on my 2017 Lexus RX 350. Both times my Service advisor Kathy Harmon was professional, courtious and helpful. I have been happy with the service i am receiving from this dealership and my Servce Team.

A first class outfit. I have been going to these people to buy cars and get them serviced for 25 years. Service department is excellent although pricey, makes one confident they will do a good job.

As always Kathy Harmon makes servicing my RX 350 easy! Dropped car off, picked up loaner and was was out in less than 15 minutes...and the same when picking my car up after service was completed :-)

Bill Ferguson has been my service specialist for about ten years and two different Lexus vehicles. He has always provided me with the highest 5-Star assistance, regardless of the nature of the service work. I am amazed how he can always be so cheerful and friendly in such a demanding and sometimes stressful job. During my visit and experience at Hendrick Lexus Charleston Chris Lowry provided exceptional customer by going beyond the call of duty to ensure that all of my car service needs were met. He had integrity and communicated well as to what was expected of me as the owner of vehicle. He further expounded about the urgency in maintaining proper maintenance so that I could dependability out of my Lexus. He also respected my love passion to drive my current vehicle. So without hesitation, I write this review in hopes that not only Hendrick Lexus gets the review that it deserves but also Chris Lowry. He represented this company with with zeal and the zeal that’s remarkable.

As always the service was efficient and well-done. The service rep Kathy Harmon did an excellent job in getting the work started and finished on time.

Service was efficient as scheduled service maintenance was performed within time frame given. Service department members were courteous, especially Mr. Lowry. I highly recommend Lexis service department.

Kathy Harmon was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Kathy and her team at Lexus of Charleston to my friends and family. Excellent service.
