Service experience at Hendricks Lexus, Charleston
We brought the car in for 50,000 mile service. Service advisor , Kathy Harmon, was excellent. Very efficient and car came out when promised. Recall item was fixed so we don't have to come back for another appointment. She also took care of an issue we had with our other Lexus. Thank you Kathy. We have bought several cars from this dealer and have been very happy with the service and our Salesman, Michael Graber.

He has a great memory and asks all the right questions - even about my family - which I appreciate. It makes me feel like the attention he gives is truly personalized.
