Oil Change

I get my oil changed for my GX here because they also clean the truck as a courtesy. I would suggest you keep up with your service intervals and this is a great place to do it.

NX300

Kathy Harmon was very professional friendly. We were provided a loaner. Maria the tech person was very knowledgeable. The facility was clean. Coffee and water was offered in the waiting room. However, unlike another Lexus dealership, this one did not offer snacks, like bagels, muffins, club sandwiches, etc.

I. Chery

Kathy Harmon serviced my car without having an appointment. The service was fast and solved the problem promptly. My car is at 175,000, I hope to keep it running for another 175,000 miles with Ms. Harmon superb customer and satisfaction

Good experience

It was very nice working with Kathy Harmon to set up and receive service on my NX200t. The car was ready faster than expected, which is always a good surprise. I will return to them for my next service.

Outstanding service and staff. Service rep Tamara Tobin is outstanding! Facility is excellent-comfortable, clean, accommodating ! Would recommend Hendrick Lexus to anyone interesting in a purchase and/or service.
