Very prompt and friendly service. This was our first service for our vehicle and we originally scheduled service on line where we indicated we needed a loaner since we live about 1 1/2 hours away. Because we scheduled on line we were not assigned a service representative and told a loaner was not available. We explained that we requested a loaner. After a few minutes we were assigned Nick as our Customer Service representative and he immediately took good care of us and was able to locate a loaner for us to use.
