Jared Young was great! He was professional and courteous. He provided a loaner car that we requested. He called with information about repairs needed for our car before proceeding with the repairs. All in all, he made the whole process a pleasant one!

135,000 mile service
Jarad Young guided me though a standard service with a few Owner requested extras. Jarad's background as a service technician is invaluable to an Owner in discussing extra's to the standard service. Fortunately a Lexus needs very little to no remedial work. This is the second RX hybrid I have owned. They both were great and I would consider buying a 3rd. I recommend Lexus and Jarad to you.

I called the Hendrick Lexus Charleston as I was leaving Johns Island to head back home. My car started acting up It was Saturday after Thanksgiving. They took me right in, fixed the problem, so I could travel home safely. They were fantastic!
