Service at Lexus of Charleston
Recently had a problem with my Lexus hybrid with the battery going dead if the car sat more than 2 days. My service rep, Jared Young, quickly found out the battery was still under warranty after 4 years from purchase. He also noticed I had quite a bit of acorn and leaf debris on top of the car, he is tall, and had the drainage passages from the sunroof flushed to prevent possible leakage and rust formation within the car. My last Lexus I had serviced by an independent Lexus mechanic but due to the excellent service and attention I get from Jarod, I've stuck with the dealership
