I am now driving my fourth Lexus. I went in for routine maintenance , and was met by Jared Young in the service department. As I’ve come to expect over the years, everything was professional, friendly and efficient. Jared was as congenial as could be and explained everything very clearly. I could not recommend this dealership or Jared more highly. They are always the best.

I was traveling for business from Savannah to Charleston. My car begin to have some unidentifiable problems and eventually cut off on my in the middle of road. I was able to restart car and get to my hotel safely. The next day I found the nearest Lexus dealership not knowing how much they would be able to help me since my car was purchased in Savannah. I found Hendrick Lexus and met Jared Young, a wonderful service representative. He was professional, yet personable. He told me not to worry he would get things taken care of. He provided me with a nice and comparable rental and kept me with updates of the repair process. We have awesome technicians in Savannah but Jared Young seem to go over and beyond to ensure I knew things would be okay given the circumstances, and they were.
