We had a wonderful experience. Caroline was instrumental...

We had a wonderful experience. Caroline was instrumental in our purchase. She answered all our questions and worked the numbers before we drove almost 3 hrs to their showroom. Caroline was off so she recommended we call Cole which we did. Cole was going to be tied up with another client so he had James help us. James arranged for our test drive and handled the initial paperwork. He was efficient and professional. We are very happy with our purchase.

Service on present car; purchase of new car

Tamara Tobin, my service adviser, was truly professional and very helpful. Very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. The entire experience at Hendrick Lexus of Charleston Service Dept. has been outstanding. Subsequently, I purchased my third Lexus from Hendrick Lexus of Charleston and dealt directly with Michael Graber (sales rep). Mr. Graber was fully informed on the vehicle I wanted, went out of his way to assure that I received the exact car I requested. I have never dealt with a better sales person and will continue to do so.

Everyone has experienced the joy of buying a new car even though the process can be lengthy and mentally draining. Our experience at Charleston Hendrick Auto with Sales Consultant Wilbur Wiggins was beyond our expectations. We made the decision to purchase a new 2021 RX 350 on Friday afternoon at 4:00pm. Wilbur provided very appealing quotes on several cars on their lot, and got the paperwork rolling that evening so that we could arrive at the dealership on Saturday morning and move quickly through the finance, tech options and be completely satisfied with our purchase. Wilbur checked on our arrival @ text messages Saturday morning as we are 94 miles away from the Charleston Lexus dealership. Wilbur was at the door to greet us and discuss the steps to driving off the lot with our new 2021 Lexus RX 350 as quickly as possible. Wilbur exceeded our expectations and made us feel like family. We have purchased two other RX 350’s from Charleston Hendrick Lexus in the past six years and never had the experience as we did on Saturday with Sales Consultant Wilbur Wiggins.

Service Appt

I had minor service done on my car - oil change. It took longer than the time estimate given, but no issues with the actual service. Upon arrival, it took the dealership a quite few minutes to acknowledge me or make contact upon despite me having an appointment. At any other Lexus dealership (OR, AZ, CA), I?ve been greeted right away by someone so this was unusual. However, once Kathy made contact, customer service was great. She was friendly and helpful.
