For the past 2 years Jared Young has been the service manager for my Lexus 350 ES. I was there with my car on Oct. 23 for routine maintenance. Hendricks Lexus
We needed our electronics checked. Bill Ferguson did a thorough understandable explanation of the problem, the investigation and solution. Unfortunately we could not afford to resolve the problem at this time as the $2400cost was prohibitive. Hopefully we can get the issue attended to in the near future.
